Kiara Sky dip powder is exceptional quality. It rarely clumps when used properly, and is so easy to file and smooth. In my experience, powder quality matters much more than liquid quality. I was looking for a replacement of a color I had in another brand, and was hoping Heartfelt was it. The powder looked very daunting, but the end result is a color I will wear all summer. This should be called Barbie car pink! It’s SO fun and SO colorful!!! Absolutely love it! Make sure you use a builder though cause it can stain your nails. Beautiful pigments tho!!!
