Fantastic AC. Fits in my 14.5 inch casement window. Make sure you save the instructions tho, because I couldn't make heads or tails out of what all the buttons did until I read them. It is not obvious. Works phenomenally!

    • We feel we made a good choice for our sliding window.
Four stars as it came partially damaged, it's heavy and the window mount takes some doing to get it right. Ours came with slight damage to the air direction louvers, breaking one pivot point for a louver and deforming one of the vanes. Taking the front panel off during installation revealed slight damage to the foam behind the louvers. I used some Elmer's glue and temporary masking tape to get the foam back in shape for when the front panel went back on. All good, relatively minor damage. Operationally it works great. Very powerful cooling, along with a Energy Savor Mode and Sleep mode that cuts noise and power usage at night. It's not silent but it hasn't kept us from sleeping, even though it's right above our bed in a window. The frame and panel (must be cut to size) above the unit fit nicely to the window frame, with included foam to seal around it. The remote is easy to use and can be used as a thermostat placed in the room, controlling the unit from that point automatically. Overall, seems built well and a good value for the money. It is heavy so have someone close by when getting it up and onto the window track. ... show more

The AC was delivered in an already been used box without Keystone written on it. It come with bent parts, broken assembly pieces and screws missing. There was no A.C instructions and just instructions for the remote control. Very heavy A.C. Looks small in front and extends out far in back. The A.C does run okay... ... show more

Best investment I've made in my life for sleep. My bedroom is on the smaller side and this freezes it up perfectly. It arrived 4 days early. Packaging wasn't damaged for me like alot of other people complained about (valid complaint) but all good on my end. 10/10 would recommend. The price is an absolute steal for what you're getting. We needed this immediately because a sick relative needs our guest room while recuperating near the hospital. When it arrived all the pieces that come with the cooler fell out on the floor when I opened the box. If I had to guess I’d say someone opened it and returned it without packing properly. There were many small dings. But when I plugged it in it worked – after I fixed the broken Styrofoam in the airflow vent. If we didn’t need this thing immediately, I would’ve sent it back to Amazon. According to the paperwork I’ve got a month to return it. I’ll let it run for a couple weeks to see if the operating parts are damaged. I’m hoping they’re not. Because I really don’t wanna have to take this 73 pound monster thing out of the window and return it in the trashy box that it came in. The unit comes with all the stuff i needed to install it in a sliding glass window. It took me a four hours. Much of that was deciphering the instructions. It comes with a shelf to holds the 73 pound cooler. About that shelf - i found it difficult to assemble and install. It’s very simple once you see it together, but understanding the instructions was another issue altogether. Like I said if I didn’t need it immediately, it would’ve gone back. the people that shipped This should be ashamed of themselves. I’m going to try and make it work. Maybe that makes me a sucker. But we needed of the unit immediately. It appears to work well. Right now it’s in the window, the room is cool and comfortable, and family member is recuperating. I don’t blame Amazon.
