I could not make the connection. So, in all fairness to the seller, I think there is something wrong with my car. I tried several times to connect the fob with the vehicle but nothing worked, I’m thinking the sensor or fuse might be bad. SMH.

I purchased my 2006 Acura TL used and it did not come with any remotes. I've been looking into different keyless options/alarm systems like viper but i didnt want to pour a lot of money into a used car. This was a great option for me because its half the price of ebay's OEM Acura remote. Yes, it does not connect to your programmable seats and settings. But i'm the only driver of my car. i never move the settings or my seat. All I this thing to do is open and close my doors + open trunk. And it performs all those functions as well as expected from an OEM product. My family has a 2002 acura TL and a 2012 acura TL (we love our TL's) and i compared how long of a range this thing has, its about the same as the OEM remotes, maybe 5-10ft shorter, not a big issue. -1 Star: The remote pictured in the descriptions is two tone and looks like the OEM remote and was led to believe the only thing different than the OEM remote is the Acura Sticker on the back, but the remote I got is all dark grey. It looks identical to the OEM remote but in 1 tone color and missing the acura sticker. The panic button is still red. Also, the OEM remote is like a smooth clear finish, this remote has a bit of a matte feeling to it. ... show more

This item worked just fine for my 2006 Acura TSX. I have the original keyless alarm system in the car, but one of the two remotes that came with the car stopped working, so I needed a replacement and found this unit to be much less expensive than the part from the dealer. The "Official" Acura remote is also available on Amazon and other on-line sites, but it typically costs about twice what this cost. I was able to follow the programming instructions that came with this unit and program the remote in just a few minutes. Now I have two working remotes again! Some reviewers commented that the remote didn't operate their power seats properly..... I only use the 4 buttons on the remote (Lock,Unlock,Open Trunk, and Panic), and don't use the "Keyless Memory" feature found on some cars, so that was not an issue for me. This remote worked just fine to Lock, Unlock, Open the trunk, and set off the alarm if the Panic button is pushed. That's all I needed for this remote to do, and it does them all just fine. I can't comment on the durability of the remote, since I've only had it a short time. From an appearance standpoint, the remote I received looks exactly like the original one that came with the car, except it doesn't say "ACURA" on the back. Some reviewers noted that the remote was not the same color as the original, but the unit I received was the same color as the original one that came with the car. I'm happy with my purchase so far....... Time will tell whether this unit gives me 12 years of service like the original did...... ... show more

I have a 2007 Acura TSX and the original key fob that came with the car stopped working. I was a bit skeptical at first with the KeylessOption key fob at first given that it was so much cheaper than what the Acura dealer was proposing. However, the fob works just as advertised and I am very happy!

Remote color changes to Grey once it gets expose to open air. Instruction Link that was provided were charging for my car. (Good ol youtube search solved the issue)
