Explosion for your buck! Bang doesn't sum it up enough

For the money I paid (less than $20), the value far exceeds the price! Only needed a cut and program (found a local locksmith and got it done on my lunch break!), and was less than even Amazon figured it would cost. All in all, I'm thoroughly satisfied.

Battery was dead so luckily friend had computer and I didn't need to pay for second programing and just put key from old fob in new fob so saved there as well

They look the same. My key is on the right and the panic button is a bit more brighter red. Everything works on the new key but the panic button. The panic button is very useful as I forget where I parked at grocery stores often. Chrysler charged me $87 with tax to program and I paid $35 on Amazon for the Key. Most places charge $300 for a key replacement so all in all I’m satisfied as I can be with savings. I’m not terribly bummed that panic doesn’t work but I’m sure when it comes time to need it I’d wish I have it. Being able to have a second driving key is most important. Update, the glove compartment key does not work either. When your first key goes out, I guess just switch the glove compartment key out.

Dodge charger pursuit programing hint/tips

I was originally unable to program these remotes to my dodge charger. I first went to a lock smith, and then the dealer. The dealer even ordered and tried one of there own keys. Both said they thought something was blocking the programing signal. I own a retired dodge chager pursuit. Before tearing my dash apart, I decided to look on the internet. after about two hours I discovered that the police models have fleet a-like keys and in the rfhub Feet-alik needs to be turned off. It will appear that it is trying to program keys, but it really is not. (turning off modem will disable your current working key fyi) After my second trip, and them turning off fleet alik mode...these keys where able to be programed, but the dealer key that they first tried to sell me did not program. I do not know if the dealer bought another fleet alik key fobisk or what..but this was my experience and may this help anyone else out trying to add more keys to a retired police vehicle. (note my last resort was replacing the rf-hub and having to have the whole thing reprogrammed) One way to determine if fleek alik has been set, the rear trunk button will not open the trunk, and the dash trunk button will only open the trunk if the engine is running.

I’d rate a ZERO if I could . Waste of money

I purchased a key fob from this company. Paid $150 to get it programmed. Within a week it started working on and off , sometimes not working at all . I took the keyfob back to where I got it programmed. They said it was a battery issue . I paid for a new battery, and went on about my way . Sure enough two days later the problem reoccurred, key fob working on and off . Now as of today it no longer works.. $200 down the drain. Now I have to go to my dealership, pay an arm and a leg for a new key fob & programming it.. If I knew I’d have these problems, I would have just spent my money with the dealership in the first place. Never again

Programable for Challenger 2016

I've decided to give it a go as I purchased a used Challenger with only one key set and didn't want to risk not having a backup. After paying like $110 to a local locksmith they made a copy and it all seems working., Never tried the panic button, so I can't confirm that, but the remote engine startup was working fine as well. Dealers were asking for $220. Glad I found a local locksmith who had the equipment.
