It doesn’t working properly. The kcup side works, but the coffee pot side won't brew hot coffee. Also, it didn't come in a Keurig box, it just came in a brown box packed inside. No instructions or anything we're with it.

    • Cost Too Much To Just Fail!
The machine works great for about a year. If you are someone that drinks 1-2 cups of coffee a day, it is real disappointing when you machine just quits. After one year of daily usage, it just quit. No reset, just dead. Bought one for my sister in law and the same thing happened around the same amount of time. Not cool. It cost too much for it to quit like that. Done wirh Keurig.. ... show more
