Love the coffee (hot and iced) that this compact coffee maker provides. Only problem was it stopped working less than a month after I received it. Keurig diagnosed as "defective". Amazon no stock to replace it (offered a refund), but Keurig offered a free replacement after sending the the documentation and photos. Takes about a week to replace through manufacturer. Can't wait to use it again! Now -- fed up!! Keurig replaced my first defective K-Ice. I received it on the 13th, and it stopped working on the 18th!!! Again, Keurig decided it was defective, and will replace it AGAIN after I send them all the photos of machine and serial number sticker, then I need to return it to them to get another free replacement. I will also need to ship this one back to them. I asked if the model was defective, and if this would just happen again -- they said that if the next one is also defective they will talk about possible other options. VERY FRUSTRATING!! Don't bother with this one unless you want to replace it over and over! ... show more

UPDATED to 1 star... would leave 0 if I could. Literally 31 days after I purchased this, it isn't working properly. (so now we can't return through Amazon). First, it doesn't fill the cup to the selected size, for example my cup is 10 oz and it fills it to the brim, overflowing. This started happening intermittently about two weeks ago, but now it's happening with every cup. ALSO, it splatters all over the back of the machine, and continues dripping after the cup is removed, so there is a bit of clean up involved. Overall experience with this brand has not been good. OrIGINAL REVIEW: 2 Stars: Such a disappointment that the cup shown in the product description and on the box it comes in does not come included with these Keurig coffee makers. Why even put it in ALL promotions of the maker? I couldn't find anywhere whether or not the mug was included, but I guess I missed it somewhere. As someone who owns a marketing company, it seems like such a miss for this company to use a picture of a K mug with their promotions, but not include it with the product. The maker itself is made from about $4 of cheap plastic, seems like another $1 (or less) for a K mug wouldn't break their marketing budget and would only help promote brand loyalty. ... show more

Keurig K-Iced Coffee Maker, Single Serve is a GREAT Coffee Maker. It makes both hot and cold coffee, has a strong brew option, and a nice sized water tank in the back. The water tank reservoir size is a really nice size and you don't have to add water after every cup, like I used to with my previous Keurig coffee maker. It's also very fast and very quiet. My step-mom, and my step-sister both have the same model, and they love it too. It quickly and quietly makes your coffee and is very easy to use.I highly recommend this coffee maker. ... show more
