  • Keurig dual coffee maker
Love it. Easy to work. Coffee is very hot. Did order Keurig refillable kcup, I drink a lot of coffee and is more reasonable to us than so many kcups. So far I am really enjoying my new purchase. It's an expensive coffee maker but feel is worth the price. Also no leaks from coffee pot, made very well. Diffenently given it a 5. When you get before use follow the set up instructions.all will go easy. 5/31/24 update. Had for few months and the coffee pots drips like crazy makes a mess. Hopefully they gave solved for new buyers. Will see if can find pot that will fit and not drip. Coffee maker itself works fine. ... show more

  • Absolutely zero complaints. Huge space saver.
We have had this for a little over 2 months and have had no problems or complaints whatsoever. It is a huge space saver because before this we had a Keurig and a normal 12-cup coffeemate on the counter. This unit take up just about 1 more inch in width and 2 more inches in depth than the old Keurig did. And it’s easy to use. Some days if we know we’re going to be home all day, we use the carafe. If we know we’re going to be leaving the house, we use the single cup brew. The timer feature also works perfectly to have a full carafe ready when we wake up. I read another review before purchasing that mentioned problems with getting the carafe back in properly, and said it turned off too fast…. We haven’t experienced any of that. The carafe slides right into place every time. No adjusting needed. The machine takes about a minute to wake up, so I press the power button, walk to my pantry to grab a pod, put the pod in, press my brew selections - single cup - 12ox - Start (I LOVE that I can do that while it’s still warming up. On our old Keurig you had to wait for it to heat before you could press your selection). Then I walk away and can trust that it’ll finish warming up and will brew my coffee while I make my breakfast. Oh and some people complained about the carafe dripping/spilling. We haven’t had any of that so maybe they improved the spout design since those reviews? Super happy with this purchase. ... show more

  • The carafe...it's true what everyone says
I've had a love/(disappointed) relationship with this machine. Love: the compact/duo function it provides. Disappointed: the carafe drips incessantly. And, even thought I'm super diligent with the cleaning ritual, the motherboard started to go haywire after 2 years. It randomly decides what 'cup' serving you're going to get regardless of what you choose. Everything is so disposable these days. Ugh. ... show more

  • I returned it. Too Many design flaws.
There were a few deal breakers about this coffee maker that ultimately led to me returning it. The first being that the carafe is poorly made; nearly every time I or my fiance poured a cup of coffee we would end up with a pool from the carafe on the counter...didn't matter how steep or shallow of the pour, a pool would form, the leak is coming from the gap between the flip-top lid and the ring around the lid so there is no way to stop it from leaking....simply a poor design. The next reason i returned it is because of it's functionality with the autobrew. When setting autobrew, you need to turn on the coffee maker to enable the autobrew function, ramping up the coffee maker as if i you are going to actually make coffee at that time. So essentially you are running the coffee maker twice and using twice as much electricity as you would need to be due to the rapid heating of the water. Customer support was unhelpful from Keurig, They seemed to struggle to understand when i called regarding the carafe issue. Also, they did not call me back after the department they were going to transfer me too that day was unavailable, so i had to call back a second time. Eventually when i got someone who sort of understood the issue, They did want to send me a new carafe, but i tried to help them understand that it is a design flaw, not an individual product defect...they didn't have an alternate carafe they could send me ( a better made one). This led to me returning the coffee maker. It did make pretty good coffee if you can get passed the increased expense in electricity and paper towel usage on top of an already expensive coffee maker. ... show more

  • Don’t buy refurbished-
I probably would have like it if it had worked- second one I’ve purchased- unfortunately this one never came on after plugging in- *on side note, it was bought as a repackaged item at a lower cost. One very important matter that was disturbing after opening -there was probably 1 to 1/2 cup of water inside the plastic bag the product was shipped in. I’m sure that much water shorted out something somewhere. Also the inside box was wet and had been for a while - so was the product information sheet. There was a notice on the box that there would probably be water residue because it was apparently tested after returning the first time but I’m thinking that much water should not be the norm. I’m sorry, I’ve did rate this product a tad low only because the whole ordeal was a bit disappointing in that general way. I’ll probably order another one but not at the discounted price this time around- just aggravating and returning was a little hassle - label printing fee- ... show more

  • Excellent product
A coffee machine is just a coffee machine, right? Wrong! This machine gives you a full pot very quickly. It keep the pot hot at a comfortable temperature with the heating plate underneath. The individual keurig option makes this product well worth the spend.
