This is the generation one Keurig.I really do like it took me a little while to figure out the alarm timer on it. I just went to YouTube. Put in the type of currick. I had and got all of my information that way it was much easier on learning how to do it. The only thing I did not like is that the buttons are on the top instead of in the front. But that is my little pet pee. Other than that, it is a great working coffee pot and single brew. In order to keep the plate hot after 2 hours, it automatically shuts off. You have to hold the coffee pot button. Momentarily for about 3 or 4 seconds and a red light will pop on and your plate will start warming again for 2 hours. But since I went to the curic website and found one identical like this only. It was the generation too. So I thought oh my God. I want this one because the buttons are in front. And I don't have to stand on my tippy toes to see the top. This so I ended up giving one of my twin granddaughters this 1 and it really works great and it is nice. She loves it and my other granddaughter. Bought me the new generation 2 with the buttons in the front instead of on top and it all worked out great. But for the most part if I had to buy it again and no other choices. I definitely would so I highly recommend it. And it works great worth the money. And the easiest information to find out about it and how to use it are.Use features on it.Just type in what type of coffee Maker it is on YouTube search bar.It will come up and you get a lot of information on a video showing you hands on

Purchased one in February 2024 and it just went out does work at all? For the price was not worth it and I did the cleaning as directed?

The coffee pot is great but the water bucket came damaged in shipping and is under investigation with Kurig.

Have used daily for several months now. Nice to not have to measure water added to back, just need to make sure it's full. The only drawback is the design of the coffee pot that comes with this. It's incredibly easy to overpour causing coffee spills on the counter. My Dad has the same machine and ended up swapping out the pot with his old maker to fix the problem.

The box looked like it fell out of the truck and the coffee maker was dusty and it didn’t look like original shipping condition. I didn’t want to take any chances, so I sent it back right away. I bought the same item directly from Keurig.com and it is great so far. Still waiting for my refund, however.

Okay it’s a Friggen coffee pot… it does a job. Only one problem… the glass pot breaks easily. I wish they would make a steal version for the unit and it doesn’t pour very well. I normally use the K cup size while my husband prefers the pot. He has had to learn hour to pour and not toss the pot back on the warming plate as we’ve already broken one pot and had to find a replacement. 😫

This is the second Duo we have owned. We love the set up off this machine for our needs. I like flavored coffee, my husband hates it. First of all , we noticed that we did not receive the 6 kcups that were advertised with the machine. Sent seller a message, they stated that, the post was incorrect and that there was no kcups included, would reimburse 10.00. was fine with that. Did not receive the 10.00, and machine is much louder then our prior duo, so contacted seller again after a week, a long with sending video of how loud coffee maker was. Received 10.00 that day but nothing about how loud it is. Did register warranty. Love the set up of machine.
