Turns out it’s easier to mess it up than to get it right because she spit the coffee back into the cup and said “thank you but next time remind me of this moment”. It's definitely a luxury item, there's only one thing I don't like about it; the pitcher is hard to use. The handle on the pitcher is not ergonomic or big enough for my rather average size hands. It's just the plastic on this is all centered in appearance rather than lasting 5 to 10 years. We have a black and decker coffee pot also, we are bad to each drink a pot of coffee when at home. I like the keurig but improvements could be made. It's not just keurig, I see thing all the time especially kitchen related items that are poorly designed and hard to clean.

I loved this! Hot coffee all morning long again and the option of a single cup. Problem started when the seal on the glass carafe gave way when filled with 10 cups of HOT coffee. Luckily no injuries. Walmart gave me a brand new box due to no replacements. Now my husband just broke the replacement and I can not find a glass carafe anywhere. Seriously you really want me to buy a whole new machine just because the coffee carafe cracked?

I received my Keurig for Christmas 2022, but never used it until May 2023. It remained in the original box until my first use in May. While I did use it occasionally, but not on a regular basis since I have an excellent pour over coffee system, both the single cup and 12 cup features worked well. However, in early April the single cup side would only put out 4 ounces no matter which feature I pushed. It would not do eight, 10 or 12. After thoroughly cleaning the unit several times , I continue to get the same result and finally contacted the manufacturer. I explained to them how I had tried to descaled the unit, but it simply would not work correct on the single side. I told him that I had had the unit since December 2022 but had never taken it out of the box until May 2023. They told me that since I had gotten it in December 2022, regardless of when I started to use it it was out of warranty. They did say they would give me a new unit, but 50% off of the list price they told me they no longer made my unit but a more expensive one and that the 50% would have to apply to that one, which would’ve ended up costing me , a bit over $100 for the unit. I had never had a Keurig coffee maker before and will never ever purchase one in the future. My unit should have worked much longer, and if they were going to give me some consideration, the amount of money I should’ve paid should’ve been much more reasonable. This company needs to understand. There are other good products out there and the customers walk away one at a time. I am one who has walked away.

Everything is great but the coffee pot will leak coffee or water depending on if you are pouring the water into the back of the Keurig, it normally leaks when my dad is pouring his coffee no matter if that is fast or slow, but with that aside it is very nice and you can even make it schedule a time every morning when it makes coffee, And it is easy to clean.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The machine came with a carafe that is too short. The carafe does not touch the drain valve on the bottom of the brew basket so the coffee never enters the carafe. Corporate Headquarters at Keurig in Massachusetts has been unable to send a carafe that works with this machine and admits that the machines are being shipped with the wrong carafe. UPDATE: 11/112019 worked 3 weeks trying to resolve this with Keurig Corporate Headquarters and they finally sent me a whole new with a carafe that fit properly. While setting the replacement unit up on the kitchen counter, I had both the bad unit and the newer unit side by side. Although they were the same model, there were very small but noticeable size differences between the two units. I used the newer unit and was fully satisfied that it worked correctly and shipped the bad unit back to Keurig. I originally said zero stars but I am going to increase stars to three now because I really like the properly fitted system. Especially, the coffee is brewed very hot and even with cream or milk, no need to microwave my mug to get hot whereas all other brands I have owned the coffee got too cool if milk or cream was added. So, I guess my recommendation would be to decide if you have time to go through the hassles with Keurig Corporate because their customer service agents are not equipped to resolve issues and you will get turfed to corporate. If you can somehow unbox a unit at a retail store before purchasing that may be a proactive time saving approach but probably buying on line probably not the way to go because life is like a box of chocolates ya never know what you’re gonna get, 🤔
