The media could not be loaded. We really did a lot of research on reviews and watched videos downloaded. I really have no clue how anyone had any problems with this Keurig. Easy functionality, easy cleaning, frother is awesome and great tasting which for a picky coffee drinker like me, it says a lot. I actually love the taste far better than my last Keurig and Starbucks, and I used to be a Starbucks addict. If you follow the instructions, you shouldn't have any problems. The only two things I can say that were not convenient, and it’s no deal breaker, is that it didn’t come with the filtration device like my old Keurig did and the Keurig reusable Kcup pod for your own ground coffee. Easy solution is to buy them. I had the old filtration system that fits. And order any reusable kcup that is compatible or from Keurig. Also, one review said it was noisy... uhhh noisy? No. Barely sounds when frothing and you can’t hear the coffee. I wrote this review back in September 2020. Figured I would follow up and let everyone know, BEST PURCHASE EVER! The amount of money we have saved is insane probably paid it off by now 5 times over as we were major Starbucks addicts. The last time I had a coffee at Starbucks has been since I purchased this baby. My sons love the Ice Lattes. Tip for a Starbucks flavor cap or latte, I pour my choice of Starbucks creamer to the black froth disk and the rest 2% milk. I use Bustello Expresso coffee in a reusable Kcup for a perfect cup. We just updated our Keurig form an older model that I gave to my daughter for college. I used to have a Capresso Milk frother and loved it, until it broke down. So I decided to get a two in one coffee maker. Best decision. I like the fact that I don't have to pull out another machine to froth my milk. I like the nickel finish, is doesnt get dirty and is sleek. There are 5 options for the coffee: shot, 6,8,10 and 12 oz. I like my coffee strong, so I like the fact that there is a strong button you can push to make the brew stronger. So I brew my coffee by pressing the strong button and 6 or 8oz, depending on how much I want to drink. The Cafe Bustelo is the best expresso coffee I have had so far. You can also brew the coffee for a latte or cappucino, which gives you enough coffee for both drinks. The milk frother can be hot or cold. Therer are marks in the container to know how much milk to put in for each drink. I actually mix my Creme Brulee coffee creamer and milk together and froth it. You cannot run the frother at the same time as brewing your coffee. The resevoir is big and holds a lot of water but it seems like it uses a lot of water, not sure why. When the water gets low, not empty, the Keurig will not brew properly. The last thing is there is plenty of room to place large travel cups. Overall, it is a great buy and I suggest it to anyone wanting to save money by making your own specialty drinks. You can customize anyway you want by getting the right coffes and right creamers or milk. ... show more

I had the Kuerig Latte machine (not the same machine as this - about $100 less) that I bought a year or so ago and it worked...kinda... so I decided to upgrade after we decided we needed a Kuerig at work. I offered to bring my machine in, so I could mentally justify buying a new one for home. Packing was great - nothing dented, broken, needing to be replaced. The nickel finish looks great in my retro-ish stainless steel, subway title kitchen. But how does it brew a cup of a coffee Eric is what you're really wondering. My old machine brewed a tepid cup on a good day and the latte portion worked when it felt like it, and even then kinda dialed it in (it's in a powerful union - nothing you can do about it). After running several cups of hot water through the machine and then hand-washing what could be washed, I brewed up a latte. I'm a man, I didn't read the instructions. It's not like I'm making a latte on one of those machines that steam your face off on one of those valve pipes. Pretty basic, put the cup in, pull the handle down and using this awesome trick I learned before going to school, I read the buttons. Push here for this type of drink, push here for size, you see where I'm going. I'm happy to say that I'm currently sipping on a hot/very warm latte shot with a beautiful topping of white foamy milk. It feels so much more substantial (i.e., less apt to break - again, I'm a man, not so great with "gentle - unless it meows, then I'm super careful") than my previous maker and the cup of coffee is so much better. It's late here, and I couldn't wait to try it, so I'm actually having a decaf pod that I bought by mistake - which normally tastes like decrap - but this is pretty damn good! Definitely worth the money so far. I'll update if the machine can handle me early in the AM when I'm groggy (because the aforementioned meower wakes me up at the crack of dawn for her morning meal). ... show more
