I purchased this Keurig for my apartment community as an alternative to the non-commercial models. Since we lack a water hookup, we opted for the one with a water pitcher that holds a substantial amount of water, eliminating the need to refill it more than twice a day. The buttons are straightforward and easy to use. I appreciate the option to disable the over ice feature, and the pod holder doesn’t tilt out, unlike the one I’ve had in the past, which has caused frequent breakage. The bottom part where you place the cup on is super flimsy. Just got it today. Placing your first pod in is intimidating as it seems it won’t fit but you really have to commit to putting it down all the way against the brim. Being hesitant made it not pierce all the way through and spilled everywhere. The two other times have worked well. Not sure what difference the ice coffee option brings. On the fence with this. We’ve had it for a couple of weeks now, and love it BUT it’s started leaking water from the bottom of the water tank. We inspected the entire usit carefully upon unpacking and didn’t notice any damage at first, but there appears to be a hairline crack at the base of the water reservoir where it goes onto the base. Coffee temp is good, although we really can’t tell any difference in the adjustable temperature setting 🤷🏼♀️. It’s easy to use. The large water reservoir makes it much more functional, especially when you’re making coffee all day long. I like the overall look of it, but just know that it does take up a fairly large footprint space on the counter. The taste of the coffee is always good, but we’re unable to tell a difference from the regular brew and the strong brew setting. 💁🏼♀️ Because of the leakage, I’m not sure whether to return it and replace it to try again or to just pick another model all together. We’ve never had any Keurig model last more than 3 years, so having one at this price point is kind of a crapshoot. ... show more
