the plastic parts are not secured inside the box. Mine arrived with no exterior damage to box. But once I opened multiple parts were damaged. Keter did replace the-arts except for a hinge piece they say is not available and to recontact them in 60 days. No promise it will be available then. I would steer clear of this product and Company until they invest in some better packaging. ... show more

    • It is crap
When I opened the box, there were several cracked pieces. I figured they were just cracks that wouldn't be a huge problem. Started putting it together, the metal rail across the back does not fit. I tried to flex some of the other pieces to get it to work, and the continued to break in my hands. Now I get to try to Jerry Rig this together and hope it lasts a year or two. It will NEVER be worth what I paid for it, but that is the crap you get from China on Amazon. My bad. I will shop elsewhere for something in the future. ... show more

I don’t know how this got past QC checkpoints, I waited over a week to get this to store my generator. A box arrived many days late and it was a cheap sketchy looking children’s bedframe. Such a waste of time.
