These farmer carry handles are made with very strong metal, the textured hand grips help keep you from slipping while using them (using gloves would be even better honestly). I like the length of the bar that you can add your weights to because it allows for a variety of sizes to be added depending on what you own. The clips work great to let your weights from slipping off and makes this set very safe to use. These were very easy to put together, great value for the price and are not that heavy alone.

Overall I think they will work just fine for their intended use but the welds aren’t too impressive and the clips for holding the weights on are missing from my kit. The finish is nice and they’ve used steel with adequate thickness to make these but you can flex them a bit by putting one end on your thigh pressing the other side with the palm of your hand. Overall I’d say they are worth the asking price but they need to make sure all of the components are included in the kit otherwise it’s a letdown of a purchase experience.

Before ordering these I was using an open trap bar for farmers carries which works but I was pretty sure this would be better so I ordered it. I am glad I got this! I like that this takes up very little space and is easier to get in and out of my small shed gym saving me time. The knurling is passive but a well made consistent knurl which most people will like. Installation is simple, use one thick threaded bolt per side to connect the handles to the weight horns. These are well constructed and should last for quite sometime.

Got these for my home gym for heavier farmers carrys. Easy to load with olympic plates (2"). Comfortable knurled handles to ensure proper grip. Really like these and opened up some heavier carries that I was limited on doing before!
