Over all this bike is awesome! My biggest complaint is the operation instructions. Had to rely on YouTube videos to figure out the settings. I don't want to be a bike mechanic. Finding one may not be as simple as I would like.

How to use the different settings is difficult to find out because there is NO MANUAL and doesn't seem to be any usable information online. Other that that it is about what I expected for the price. Good value for money. Quality is good, nice components. You will need some mechanical ability to assemble it, but most people will figure it out with the instructions provided. All necessary tools to assemble come with the bike.

The bike does what it is supposed to do. It is a little taller than expected being a 26”. Feels like a fat tire mountain bike with a large frame and 29” tires it is very tall but it will run about 32mph with my big 250# but on it so it does great and battery life lasts quite a while.

This bike is amazing. I will say this. If you don’t know what you’re doing don’t play with the settings in the controller. This thing has power and it’s great both on and off road. I ride it to work a lot and so far I’ve got about 100 miles on it. Customer service is excellent.
