Took me about an hour to put this together. No instructions, but was common sense to put it all together. The bike is huge, I'm 5'10" and I feels just the right size for me. Also, if you're wondering how to turn the display from kilometers to miles per hour, you hold the + and - signs on the PAS controller on the left side of the box which takes you into options for the display. Go to page 2, this is where you can change from kilometers to miles per hour. I found this by accident trying to figure it out, have no clue what any of the other settings mean since i don't have instruction manual but at least the speed makes sense for me now. All in all great bike, wish it had manual though. I mounted rear view mirrors, and collapsible wire baskets on the sides of the rear of the bike. The seat is a little uncomfortable so I have a new wide comfort seat coming in from amazon, as well as a hard plastic storage trunk for on top of the bike rack. I was a little skeptical at first after reading some of the reviews but I took a chance. Packaging was extremely well done and assembly was not an issue. Instructions came with my purchase. I’m a big size guy and this thing can crank out some power. I maxed it out once at 27 mph but pulled back just for my safety. I prefer PAS I so I can as least do some physical exercise. I’m averaging about 32-35 miles on the battery. I had this for a little over 2 months and have 380 miles on it. I did experience my first flat tire after 50 miles but easily rectified it with fix a flat (added it to the front tire as well). Be careful with how much air you add as my rear tire came off the rim after doing some sharp cornering. No issues after that. I did replace the seat with a wider seat for comfort and added mirrors. My only concern is the battery charger. It still works but it’s flimsy and not sure how long it will last. I’m thinking about ordering a second charger just in case. Overall, I think it’s a great product.

I’m very happy with this bike I took it on a very nice ride to the George Washington Bridge in New York about 26 miles and it did great very comfortable. Got it up to 30 miles an hour with some peddling other than that on its own I hit 27.6 miles an hour in perfect condition. My only complaint is customer service trying to get some information from them on the specs for this bike is very difficult. But this is a very fun bike and I would definitely recommend it. I’ve already put 310 miles on it.

Phone holder broke same day i unboxed it, its way bigger the a normal bike. The tires are crap, so us the charger they sent with it meaning it cant be taken mountain biking you will get a flat tire as i did riding on the sidewalk let alone on a trail. Biggest waste of money AVOID AT all Cost!

this is my first E-bike and its a solid bike and also probably the heaviest bicycle I've ever been on. It weighs in at about 80 lbs. and tying to pedal this bike without pedal assistance can be difficult. I'm 5'10 and it fits me prefectly but I would assume anyone 5'8 or under would have difficulty with the seat setting as it tends to sit higher than some. it does okay on trails but wouldn't recommend strenuous mountain trails because of the weight. but it does well with smoother trails with cargo and on paved surfaces just fine. I've had the K800 1000W for about a month now and the battery performs as expected. I'm 180 lbs with about 20-25 lbs worth of gear for bikepacking. I get around 20-30 miles if im using throttle only and about up to 50-60 with pedals only. the battery life really seems to depend on how you ride your bike, your total payload and weather conditions. package arrived with: bike lock with key (although the lock is slotted for a frame mount, the mount did not come with the bike) tire pump (standard plastic folding pump, no pressure indicator) set of tools (hex wrenches x3, Philip/flat screwdriver, wrenches x3) and not all fit the bike so I had to use my standard automotive allen wrenches bike assembly manual (instructions weren't entirely clear) fenders luggage rack LED head and brake lights (it was missing a few screws to screw the brake light, so I just used the zip ties that were included. Using the brakes will activate the tail light) decided to throw a few more lights on the bike for safety an extra battery will cost you about 500 minimum, and it seems you can use either battery on both duel and single motor bikes (both 48v batteries one has a larger battery storage capacity) it hardly does 27 mph nut its powerful, its quick and honestly I hardly ever take it out of pedal assist 1 (10-11 mph) which saves a ton of battery. Personally I don't prefer to hit the pavement or a tree at 27 mph in a t-shirt and shorts. I dont know if I would buy this bike again just because there's so many options, but for my first Ebike I cant complain and its a lot of fun to ride, I put 200 miles on it in about 3 weeks. For just under $1000 Its quick, its solid, it does what I need it to do and I'm happy with it.

I’m only 5’3” and this bike is a tad taller than I am height wise from inseam….BUT THAT DOES NOT HINDER ANYTHING. I can’t get enough of this bike, we have been riding everyday since we got them, haven’t depleted the battery in a single charge yet. It does do 27MPH like it says! I even took it through some mountain bike trails! Never have I ever had so much fun!! Buy it, you’ll love it too!
