I thought I got a great deal and was looking forward to using. First time it ran great, second not got 1/2 cup of ice then it quit. It sounds like it is working but nothing came out. then trouble returning. do not recommend if I could less than 1 star I would. Returned item and never received refund 1 month later

Worked for 5 mins. Got 2 snow cones in and then it quit. Got new ice and still didn’t work. Pressing the button got stuck too. Waiting for a replacement. Will update.
