I like the shampoo and conditioner, but I do wonder if it’s the real deal. The shampoo doesn’t feel as tingly or smell as refreshing as the last time I bought it. There is a typo on the bottle of shampoo in the instructions (see pic). Usually that kind of thing is seen on fakes, not an established brand.

I was excited to try this product because my hair is thinning. I washed my hair every other day and my hair was drying out. I lost my hair in places 2 years ago having temporary alopecia due to stress caring for my mom on hospice. It took me a year to get it back but some more stress came my way and I was hoping that this shampoo and conditioner would have been the answer. It may be timing but it's not working for me.

As I’m entering perimenopause, my hair has been so dry lately. I first tried Joico’s keratin shampoo and conditioner. My hair felt a little better and but it was still dry. I added different leave-in conditioners into my regimen, but it didn’t help that much. After using Keranique, my hair feels soft and almost back to normal (before my hormonal issues). I noticed less breakage as well. I highly recommend trying it.

I researched top shampoos for thinning hair and this made several lists. I tried another brand previously on the list and the conditioner left my hair feeling dry and did not detangle at all. I am pleasantly surprised that this conditioner makes my hair feel soft, moisturized, and you do not need a separate detangle product. I like the scent, not overpowering. I did not give five stars because I don’t feel it adds noticeable volume. Would recommend.
