Kentsky was great to work with, when there was issue with 1st TV stand they answered the same night and sent anew stand the following week. As with all assemble furniture there were lots of parts but the instruction book was good enough to make easy. The fire place works great, and fit well into TV stand. All in all the TV stand & fire place looks great and customer service with Amazon and the manufacture was very good.

Customer service is really great if you have any issues and the fireplace looks beautiful with lots of great features. However we just received the heater two days ago and it turns off randomly with code 8.8.6 on the screen. I’m hoping we just got a bad one by dumb luck but overall the item looks great. Just make sure you test it out a lot when you first get it- just in case !
