  • Everything a tire should be!
Size: 150/80HR16 (Rear)
Got this to replace the worn-out merzler 888 on my '06 Yamaha Roadliner, that had some BAD uneven wear...not sure if it was just a bad 888 or what, but it had worn thru to the belts in straps. So, wasn't keen on getting another 888. Stock tire size on roadliners are an oddball size and $$$ when you find them, so I went with a slightly lower profile( and substantially lower price ) tire here, and I'm LOVING this tire! Handles great, wear is great after 700 miles, stable as a rock...just a great tire. I've read that the Kendas use a harder rubber compound than other tire manufacturers for longevity (maybe, maybe not), but if it's true it doesn't seem to have any noticeable impact on grip. Now granted, this is an 800lb cruiser, not a sport bike, but for Myself it performs very well. I was expecting a little longer "break-in" period due to the harder compound, but 50-60mi later it's was nicely scrubbed and stable as a rock. I'd not hesitate to get another one when this one is worn out...it really is a GREAT price, and a GREAT tire! Well worth it, and I recommend Kenda tires to anybody who asks. ... show more

  • Cheap tire that work great
Size: 130/90H-16 (Front)

  • Great tire!
Size: 170/80H-15 (Rear)
I've been using this model tire and the corresponding front tire for 3 different bikes for the last 15 or so years. It's a good handling tire, fairly easy to mount, good traction in all weather, handles fine on unpaved roads, and has good longevity. I will continue purchasing these tires as needed as long as Kenda keeps making them...I'm convinced it's the best tire they make. ... show more

  • Great so far!
Size: 130/90H-16 (Rear)
I've put about 500 miles on this tire so far, and it's holding up great! Excellent value, and no handling or traction issues. Fits my 1982 GL1100A perfectly.

  • The best tire you can buy. And it's cheap. Rubber so hard, I got a flat and didn't even notice... 3 times!
Size: 140/90H16 (Rear)
I've used these on multiple motorcycles for about 10 years. Since I discovered them, I've never bought anything else. Except once I thought I'd try a Metzler Marathon just to see if a more expensive tire would outperform this one. That lasted barely more than half what the K673s do. This is the highest mileage tire I've found (lasts 9,000 miles on the back of my Goldwing, much longer on lighter bikes). It's on the lower end for price. Rolls smoothly without vibration, and the rubber is so hard, they actually work pretty well without being inflated! Seriously, I've gotten flats that I didn't even notice for days. This has happened multiple times on multiple bikes. I'd find myself thinking "my bike is handling a little differently" while I was halfway through my 20 mile commute. By the time I got home or to work, I'd forget anything was wrong. 3 or 4 days later (still riding the bike each day), I'd remember to check the tires and find one had zero psi. A little embarrassing, but the tires don't seem to notice much. That's pretty good peace of mind for me. Not that I recommend running them without air, but it isn't likely to leave you stranded either. Don't tell Kenda, but I would probably pay twice as much for these. The best motorcycle tire I've ever used. I've been riding for almost 25 years and in that time have put twice as many miles on motorcycles as I have in cars or trucks, including multiple road trips as far as 9,000 miles in 3 weeks. ... show more

  • Good buy
Size: 130/90H-16 (Rear)
Got in timely order. Tire seems well constructed, fit well, has good grip, would buy again at this point. Have put around 1000 miles on so far and very satisfied.
