I recently got this universal gun rack for bench servicing as well as mounting in a seat, and it has done a great job so far. Vehicle/UTV installation process was easy, thanks to the simple mounting system that holds the rack in place using a seat belt for transport. Once in place, the rack held everything securely and handy. Once sat on my service bench it holds the gun securely for service and adding accessories. I especially like using it with my LCS SK-19 .30 caliber air rifle for pest culling. It is helpful when I need to inspect or replace O rings. The rack's construction is robust, holding the guns at a great angle for transport and servicing. While it works great for transporting guns this way, it is CRITICAL that you check your state and local laws to determine IF and HOW you can transport guns in this manner. Bottom Line: This seat-mounted or service bench mounted rack is a handy accessory for gun owners seeking to transport and service their guns efficiently. Its sturdy design protects the finish and keeps the guns securely in place. It is best to measure to make sure your gear will work together and confirm you are able to lawfully transport this way. It works great as a bench rack too, so I keep it handy. I recommend it.

It works but has issues. Vinyl is too thick for easy 'tool' access. Yes it holds them tight - a bit too tight. Rack rocks more than it should when loaded. I can not understand why it costs anywhere near $200 I still plan on using it this season but I'm not loving the idea and I have a feeling it won't be around next year.

We bought this as a gun holder for my husbands SXS - it works perfectly! We have a Defender HD10, and wanted something that we could take in/out. It fits perfectly in the middle seat and attaches with the seat belt, so it's easy to put in and remove. It's a heavy plastic so i'm sure it will hold up long-term.

I absolutely love this gun holder! I spend a lot of time working on my farm, and I like to carry both a shotgun and a rifle with me in my UTV. Nice easy install to add a “tool” holder to your side by side. It installs using the seatbelt and you can choose to go through the bottom or over the top depending on your setup. It holds “tools” firmly and with non-marking heavy duty foam.

Holds the rifles and "tools' firmly but has a bit more play than I would like. That is easily fixed with some additional strapping. Not sure if it is better than a v rack but this does keep it out of the rain.
