It comes completely flat and rolled. I didn't read the details before purchasing. It takes every bit of 72 hours plus to expand back out. Not quite as high as I expected but again I didn't read the fine print! Overall a comfortable setting area.

Opened today. The package says to wait 72 hours for cushion to expand… Didn’t realize it came in a box. Sits VERY low! Hoping to make a taller base as I don’t need the swivel feature. Not excited about this purchase, there is a dip in the back rest, and waiting for it to fill in (I hope). It was squished from the box, we will see. I wish the item video showed that it comes in a smaller box and made with foam to expand. Thought it was a solid piece, a bit misleading. Also, because the base is substantially smaller, the chair leans forward when getting up, I am not a heavy person. ... show more

Wish the chair were a few inches higher to look like adult furniture. Everything is built so low to the ground these days unless you buy from an actual furniture store. Not as soft as id like but still soft. Perfect width for small spaces yet wide enough to lounge. Wish the back was a few inches higher with lumbar support. Id suggest adding another bolster pillow below for lower back. Other than that it serves my purpose. Main complaint is overall height of chair. Quality isn't bad but could be better. Looks better than the bean bag I had and more useful than a single chairs or non non-swivel lounger. ... show more
