I keep buying these year after year because they are durable comfortable waterproof and are great for summer landscaping work. I walk about 10 miles a day on average. I wear the soles off the bottom before the top shows any signs of breaking down. I tried a high-performance insole to replace the originals and they got even more comfortable. Do you have weirdly splayed wide feet? Enjoy sneakers? I work at sea beat the hell out of these 12 hours a day months on end. They held up about as good as any other boot. Solid stuff.

I work as a construction inspector and these are the best boots for the job. This is my second pair. My first pair I bought about 1 year ago and they are still in good shape. Boots are laced up super tight from the factory and takes a bit to loosen. The boots don't feel too bad when broken in a bit. The laces are a bit short, but has yet to come undone on their own. The biggest upset with these boots though is that there's a seam inside along the back side right above the heel. Seems likes it's there to keep a bit of reinforcing in place, but it will rub against your heel as you walk. It's not a big issue at first, but if you plan on wearing these for long hours, do yourself a favor and buy something else. Lightweight, comfortable. Solid safety toe. I do light construction and finish carpentry work. These are great for bending down and kneeling while I do baseboard or flooring installation. I've been buying and using Keen boots for over a decade now. This pair of boots have taught me a lesson. In less than six months the foot bed inside is worn flat out. My feet are killing me. It's Monday morning and my feet are still sore from Fridays work, and I wasn't even on call this weekend. Over $200. I only expect 1 year out of a pair of boots. Yes, that's right, I replace my boots annually. Now I've got to figure out how to buy another set of boots in just six months time. I gave 2 stars, because the outside of the boots seems to be holding up great to the demand. However, averaging 10-12k steps a day as an HVAC contractor in a commercial/industrial setting as a somewhat fit 250lb person, these boots are of little value for the cost. ... show more
