  • Great Boots - some sizing information.
Size: 9.5 Color: Cascade Brown/Bombay Brown
For the people that are wondering about SIZE; here are my findings. The size chart for my measured feet suggested a size 9. I normally where size 10-10.5 running shoes which fit nice an snug (as they should). Because of this I was highly doubtful that a size 9 would fit me well so I took a chance and ordered a 9.5. The 9.5 fit quite well, it was somewhat snug on my slightly larger foot (most people have one foot that is slightly larger than the other). I was worried at first that a spot on the snug boot would cause rubbing problems but they wore in nicely and now both sides fit perfectly. Now for the pros and cons. Pros: They are exceptionally waterproof. I live in a State where is rains non-stop and I work outside for 3/4 of my day 10 hours a day. I have yet to end a work day with wet feet and I'm constantly stepping in large puddles of water. Materials are nice. They have a nice heel cup on the inside made out of some material which has a slight amount of tact to it that keeps my feet in place nicely. So far they have held up nicely, though its only been a few weeks (I'll update as time comes). Cons: The right boot (which is on my larger foot side) had an extremely slight material bulge at my pinky toe. I asked several friends to feel about the inside of the boots and tell me if they noticed anything. Most of them noticed the extremely slight bulge by the pinky toe that had something to do with the shoe lace retainer. That was my biggest worry but as I put miles on the boots they wore-in to the point that I now don't regularly feel anything on that side. The boots squeak. At first I thought the exterior squeak in the heel may be a small crack in the material which would lead to a leak. It only occurred after the boots got wet. After further investigating there's a small soft heel insert that goes to the outside of the boot and as you put full weight on your heel it indents outwards causing it to rub ever-so-slightly. It's a small negative but it's also a small positive because the extra heel comfort is quite nice, though I could go without the wet-squeak. All-in-all I'd give the boots a 4.5 out of 5 mostly because of the bulge in the material which I feel was a slight miss on quality control. I am enjoying these boots very much since they've worn in nicely. ... show more

  • Great boots
Size: 13 Color: Cascade Brown/Bombay Brown
this is my third pair of these boots. The only problem I have ever had is the soles. They either broke in half or came unglued. But I still love the feel and the weight of them.

  • Super Comfortable Keen Boots
Size: 11.5 Color: Cascade Brown/Bombay Brown
I love Keen shoes & hiking boots. They have a nice and wide toe box to keep your toes from getting crushed in your shoes. Allows for a natural spread of toes, especially while hiking. The sole is rugged and I haven’t experienced any slipping yet and I do a lot of winter hiking and snowshoeing. My feet stay nice and warm and dry. ... show more

  • Blew apart in 4 months!
Size: 10 Color: Cascade Brown/Bombay Brown
These boots fit great, just like the reviews say, and they feel like clouds on your feet-BUT the toebox blew apart in four months of wearing them. I wasn't working in hazardous or wet environments, I was working in a shop, walking and standing on concrete, climbing ladders, kneeling, etc. and they didn't last 6 months. I am very disappointed as they are super comfortable, but non-repairable. I'm going back to Red Wings because you get what you pay for- these weren't cheap and I expected for the money they would last if I took care of them. VERY DISAPPOINTED! I continued wearing them despite the shoe coming apart, as of today they are 8 months old ... show more

  • Good Work Boot
Size: 10.5 Color: Cascade Brown/Bombay Brown
I find that these boots remind me of the Red Wings that I used to buy. The soles feel firm and clunky like the Red Wings but the sole and upper are easier to break in. I personally was looking for a lighter boot with the protection and support of my Red Wings. I previously tried the Keen Koven and found the soles to be much softer but when hiking I could feel ever rock I stepped on. But the Koven remind me of my Keen H2 sandles that I love to wear in the summer. The H2 and Koven I purchased a half size larger than I normally do. The Pittsburgh I purchased the same size that I wear in my Nikes. At first my right boot felt smaller but after a while the shoe broke in and felt a lot better, ... show more

  • Great product
Size: 13 Color: Cascade Brown/Bombay Brown
The product has great appearance. Fits great without having to wear it in. Holds up on tough jobs. Your feet don't get to sweaty nor sore after wearing them 11 hours a day. I honestly can't say there is nothing to dislike with this footwear. Very pleased with them.

  • Love at first step
Size: 9 Color: Cascade Brown/Bombay Brown
Been wearing keen since early 2000’s from working in warehousing, hiking, hunting, all through my electrical apprenticeship and as an electrician. I got away from them for some slip ons that I fell in love with. My first pair back, and they fit like keens always have. I rotate my boots, wearing them every other day and putting them on a boot drier as soon as the come off my feet. I have been working as a service technician in saw mills, food processing, and at our plant building our machines for 3 years. My slip on boots have lasted and lasted- I just can’t kill them…my keens I purchased late 2023 and they were doing great until the adhesive started to break down on both boots right at the back of the toe box for about 2 inches. It is getting worse rapidly and I fear that I will have to replace these boots prior to my normal schedule. Great job on producing a very comfortable and sturdy work boot- but please bump up the quality of your adhesive…I hate having to replace my boots before my normal intervals, and spending quite a bit of my hard earned money on boots. ... show more
