  • Best watch ever made
Model name: Moto Watch Fit
Great job Motorola, just make finding changeable wristbands more easy for newbies to smart watches. I can sleep with this on, it tracks my sleep and tells me sleep quality as well as stress. I can go on and on and I can even put my wife's face on the front. Very nice keep the updates coming please. I have screen protector on mine. Comfortable Velcro and waterproof I still take off in water.. I walk about 10000 steps a day pretty accurate. Must buy. I want to buy my dad as a present but I don't want to have same as him lol ... show more

  • Let's Break it Down for the Peanut Gallery
Model name: Moto Watch Fit
Look, it's handsome, affordable, and simple. Pros: - It's an excellent value for what you actually get, typically priced around $100-$150. - It's relatively waterproof and low profile for sleeping. - There are a TON of workout options, I believe they claim 100. Curiously, there are numerous yoga workout options, yet no "Rucking" or "Circuit" training. If you're in the police or military, this complicates your calculated calorie burn. - It takes your blood oxygen, stress, heart rate, steps, sleep, and other health data. - The battery is long (on paper). Motorola SAYS you get 16 days of battery life. This is true only if you implement every battery-saving feature possible and use your watch as little as possible. If, like me, you use your watch frequently (two workouts a day, six days a week; sleep health data), expect to get about 5-6 days of battery life out of it. That's still really good! It's just not 16 days. - If you have a Motorola phone, there is seamless integration; you just download the Moto Watch app. - The Moto Watch app does not have any in-app purchases; it's an all-in-one fitness and watch app and is GREAT. - The Moto Watch app, I have heard, is available for Apple and Samsung products, which means there is an affordable option for those users. - The Moto watch app is very intuitive and minimalistic. You have a lot of control over your watch and settings, yet it's never overwhelming, unlike with Samsung Health and Google Fit. Cons: - You don't receive your phone notifications on your watch, or at least I have yet to figure out how. I don't understand why this would be the case when everything else integrates so painlessly. - The Bluetooth connection is relatively short, around 35-40 feet. There is a "Swim" workout option on the watch, good luck using that if you have a large pool and are constantly disconnecting from your phone. - While the UI is smooth, the screen fidelity and refresh rate are relatively low compared to other smart watches, even from 6 years ago, like the Galaxy Active 2 from 2019. - No GPS tracking. This is a problem. There are cheaper smart watches with GPS tracking. It's genuinely baffling that there is a fitness watch without it. In fact, if you are a serious runner and consider this a deal breaker, I can't blame you. - The Moto Watch app drastically overestimates burned calories for any given workout. I compared identical workouts using Google Fit, Samsung Health, and Moto Watch. The former two were close, yet Motorola's health app drastically overestimates calories burned by a magnitude of 20-33% TL;DR: It's good yet has some drawbacks. For the price, I highly recommend the watch; however, if you require GPS tracking, consider looking elsewhere. ... show more

  • Great earpbuds
Model name: Moto Buds+
Comfortable and easy to set up and connect. However, it sometimes bugs and doesn't recognize that both ears are plugged in and have to turn it off and back on to function properly.

  • the best purchase of the year
Model name: Moto Tag1
It's incredibly easy to use and has saved me from losing my keys several times. The connection with the Google Find My Device app is perfect. The battery lasts forever, and the design is very discreet and elegant. The integration with Android is seamless, and notifications are instant when I'm away from my things. I definitely give it 5 stars. It gives me enormous peace of mind knowing I can locate my belongings at any time. Highly recommended! ... show more

  • Very poor execution, of a great idea.
Model name: Moto Tag1
I wanted something better than Tile for tracking items, and this seemed to fit the bill, based on all the reviews I read. Plus I was supposed to be able to use it as a remote for my phones camera. Unfortunately these are useless, and Motorola customer is atrocious. 1. They rapidly drain my phone's battery. Prior to activating these tags my phone would go from 100% to 50 to 69% in twelve hours. After activating these rates my phone went from 100% to 20% in less than two hours. 2. The camera remote only works for still photos, not video. I called Motorola customer service several times, and spent more than 2 hours with 6 different people. Three "Tier 1" representatives, 2 "Tier 2" representatives, and finally, after 2 hours total, I spoke to a "Tier 3" representative. The T3 person said the camera remote won't work for video, yet NONE of the Motorola marketing says that, Also, because I'm not using a Motorola phone, the T3 person would not even try to address the phone battery drain problem. Further, no one in the previous 2 hours worth of calls ever said that, about the camera remote or only helping if I was using a Motorola phone. It shouldn't take multiple calls, and insisting on escalating the problem, to get that information. I made it clear to everyone, including the T3 person, the ONLY change to the phone, was the use of the tags, and they advertise them for use with all Android devices, but the T3 rep refused to troubleshoot the phone battery drain problem, because I'm not using a Motorola phone. Also, the remote camera function is straight up false advertising, as.they don't specify it will not work for video, only stills. TLDR: These trackers will kill your phone battery, Motorola is using false advertising, and their customer service is trash. ... show more
