The chair arrived extremely fast and was easy to install. Installation only needs one person and takes less than an hour to do. It is so comfortable that you are guaranteed to fall asleep in it. I have multiples times now and enjoy every minute of it. It has a very nice sturdy build and is pretty large. One of the best features is having the massage functions. There are several different settings to choose from on the remote. For instance, you can choose to massage one area at a time. Although, I think having all areas on at the same time is better. Definitely well worth every penny.

Easy set up. Massage is more of a vibration, but heat works well. It is comfortable, but leans to one side. I have tried everything Hopefully customer service can help otherwise I'll have to send it back.

The media could not be loaded. I must say, this is an excellent sofa. The color is great, it revolves at 360 degrees, and when the footrest pops up, it gives me that extra comfort. After a long day of working, the massage function is a lifesaver. It's super cozy and worth every penny.

Bot great quality for the price. I'll never buy furniture online again. It's okay vbut I could have bought something locally and had a chance to sit on it first! I'd have passed this up for better quality at less money.

i usually buy lazy boy recliners which was 1600.00 $ to replace the one I had. I decided to try this chair I had to get used to the way to put the foot down, im only 5'3" so I had to skoot down a little to have enough strength in my legs to put down the foot rest, I am 72 yo, so not so young legs any more, but it is much easier to do now. I actually use the vibration once in a while to help me relax. love the color, love the chair. love all the $$ I saved, and was easy to put together.

The instructions are pretty simple, but I know there should be a way to adjust the reclining position, but there is no info about this on the instructions. It’s comfy with the heaters and massager, just a little noisy. I bought it for my pregnant daughter, she’s the one that wants it to recline more.

we just got this chair yesterday, still waiting on it to fluff out some. so far I don’t have many complaints with this chair, it’s comfy enough to sleep in, the rocking is smooth, the rotating is smooth. the heat works great, the massage is honestly just vibrations… but nonetheless it’s still a nice chair for the price. we got it put together in about 30-45 minutes so super easy assembly. and the size is perfect, it fits me (5’2”) and my husband 6’0”. the color is exactly what i ordered, so it’s perfect so far!

it's well built. Had this for two weeks now, works great, and was pretty easy to put together. I would recommend this to anyone. Works as good as other more expensive chairs I have used. The heater is a little intense, so I just cycle it on and off as needed. My kids also love this because it is so comfortable.
