UPDATE: the seller reached out and offered to resolve the issue. Giving 5 stars for customer service. I ordered 6 chairs from this seller because they offered the best price. The chairs match my decor, and they are comfortable, but you would not mistake them for a more expensive brand: they look cheap. Some chairs were hard to assemble because the seat wouldn't fit/align with the back. My biggest disappointment is the finish. The wood is very rough and scratchy, and the whitewash is very sloppy. It's also lighter than in the picture. We needed 2 more chairs, and I ordered them from a different seller (they used the same picture, but shipping was cheaper). To my surprise, the other two chairs had a much better finish: smooth, slightly darker than these, and looking much nicer. Compared to them, these chairs look cheap and unfinished. Now I wish I could return these and replace them with ones of better quality/finish at $10/per chair more. I don't understand how they can use the same picture but sell completely different products.

****REVISED**** Seller immediately acknowledged my issue & issued a replacement right away. It was delivered within 5 days of my initial complaint. The seller is great, quick to respond & quick to resolve. Makes the frustration of cracked/broken furniture a little less frustrating when you get a resolution so quickly. Greatly appreciated. —————————— My purchase is less than 30 days old and one of my legs has multiple cracks & the leg is basically about to break off. Reached out to the seller, I am hoping they are as good as the other comments. I’m waiting to hopefully here back. —————————— I was so nervous about this purchase but the reviews about the seller making things right with various purchases that arrived damaged or broke made me take the jump. It arrived early, easy to assemble, beautiful & comfortable. Perfect addition to my dining room & it took it to the next level. I’m so happy with my purchase.

The chairs were super cute and easy to put together. They looked really great with my round table. My family did complain that the cane material was super scratchy. Unfortunately after 6 months of use 3 have already broken and the other 3 are already super loose. I would definitely pay a bit more money and get something that will last.

At first I thought there weren't instructions, but they were on the bottom of the box. The netting on the underside of the seat unzips to expose the holes to insert the bolts to attach the legs and back. These were not difficult to assemble, even for an old lady like me. And they are a perfect addition to my dining table area. There are already plastic protectors on the bottom of each leg. It's easiest to attach the front legs, then flip onto the seat to get the back on. I put the seat right on the table to give me leverage and room to wedge the back and back legs onto the seat. That is all one piece. And these are so comfortable. A smart purchase if I do say so myself.

Update: I was sad about the chairs i had received, but this seller provides excellent customer service. They had actually reached out to me on their own after having seen my review about being disappointed. They offered a full refund to compensate for the chairs and inconvenience. And they did not make me go through the hassle of sending the chairs back. I would definitely purchase from this seller again. They take the extra step to make sure you are satisfied with the product you receive. I would give this sellers customer service 5 stars since they reached out to me on their own instead of waiting for me to write a complaint to them. But I only updated the product rating to 4 stars since the product you get may be a hit or a miss. My first order i was totally in love with it. Great quality. But my 2nd order of the exact same chair was a miss 😅 We had received a set of these chairs as a gift and wanted to get more because we loved them. But upon ordering more, the new set was clearly of a much poorer quality. The wood had a lot of splintering. The cushion does not fit well on the seat, leaving a large gap between the seat and the back panel. The design cuts in the wood was also very poorly done. Quite disappointed 😞
