At first I thought there weren't instructions, but they were on the bottom of the box. The netting on the underside of the seat unzips to expose the holes to insert the bolts to attach the legs and back. These were not difficult to assemble, even for an old lady like me. And they are a perfect addition to my dining table area. There are already plastic protectors on the bottom of each leg. It's easiest to attach the front legs, then flip onto the seat to get the back on. I put the seat right on the table to give me leverage and room to wedge the back and back legs onto the seat. Update: I was sad about the chairs i had received, but this seller provides excellent customer service. They had actually reached out to me on their own after having seen my review about being disappointed. They offered a full refund to compensate for the chairs and inconvenience. And they did not make me go through the hassle of sending the chairs back. I would definitely purchase from this seller again. They take the extra step to make sure you are satisfied with the product you receive. I would give this sellers customer service 5 stars since they reached out to me on their own instead of waiting for me to write a complaint to them. But I only updated the product rating to 4 stars since the product you get may be a hit or a miss. My first order i was totally in love with it. Great quality. But my 2nd order of the exact same chair was a miss 😅 We had received a set of these chairs as a gift and wanted to get more because we loved them. But upon ordering more, the new set was clearly of a much poorer quality. The wood had a lot of splintering. The cushion does not fit well on the seat, leaving a large gap between the seat and the back panel. The design cuts in the wood was also very poorly done. Quite disappointed 😞 ... show more

We bought these chairs to match with our hardwood table and bench. They were reasonably priced, easy to assemble and extremely elegant. I love the French country look. The seats are extremely plush and comfy too. The only concern is the vendor told me there was nothing like a scotch guard to add to make them stain proof and also wouldn’t recommend what to clean them with. ... show more

Loves that I found leather seating in the French country look I was going for. They are a little smaller than you average chair. Might not be suitable for taller people. But if you’re only sitting on it for dinner or breakfast for 45 mins it’s fine. My husband is over 6’5” and he didn’t complain. Only complaint is that they are a little wobbly and the zipper is inside out for where you screw on the legs but still could zip it up and also I have a rug under mine so they don’t wobble. Other than that they are pretty light weight but still seem sturdy enough. I’ll update in a year or so. ... show more

We staged our house using 6 of these chairs in the dining room. They are sturdy and comfortable. Not completely easy to balance on hard floors though. On carpet though you don’t notice the balance issue. They look great!

These were such a win! Looked for dining room chairs for weeks but couldn’t bring myself to pay the $1000+ price tag, so I took a chance with these and I am glad I did. They are really beautiful in person and the fabric/make of the chair looks and feels high quality! Only reasons that I am not giving a perfect 5 stars is 1. The chairs are definitely lighter in person than advertised via pictures (which was ok for us). And 2. They weren’t “hard” to put together, but it did require some pushing and pulling to try to get the seat cushions into the back.. which took some time. Easy other than that! Overall a great purchase at a cheap price! ... show more
