How do I contact support ???? Update… one of my bikes motors or something’s has started to slip. It does not engage the Eletric motor as it should. This is only the 5 time it’s been rode. The other bike seems to be doing fine. What I have learned since I purchased 2 in early Dec 22. Finders are horrible and optional to install. Over all the bike rides very well, over the road and and off road. If u really want to go a longer distance put on level 3 we rode 36 mile this past weekend. Before the battery died. Trying to figure out how they said 50. I’d like to order an extra battery for each. I would recommend this bike for adults….not for a kid. ... show more

    • Broken & Zero Customer Service!
The electronics fried and can only pedal now. I have tried for weeks to get help from the seller, and manufacturer, but Amazon and I got nowhere. It turns out that when there is no easy fix, Amazon abandons you! Amazon got a hold of the seller once. Unfortunately, they could not get an English speaker on the phone. Amazon told me that their seller policies state that there must be an English speaker to sell on Amazon. This should have solved the problem. However, this is when Amazon abandoned their customer for many years and many purchases. I am disappointed because the bike broke, but also because Amazon has failed me for the first time. Amazon usually stands behind its products, until now. It has been hard to leave since I have been an Amazon customer for years, but I will not be anymore. BEWARE, they will return and refund, but there is no difference between a crooked seller and Amazon customer service when it comes down to it. ... show more

Very ruggedly built, with powerfull motor, and excellent handling. Live in the mountains and needed something powerful to pull the hills. I am extremely impressed with the technology and fit and finish. Buy it, I'm glad I did.

There are NO INSTRUCTIONS on how to change MODES on bike. Mine is set at POWER ASSIST ,,, When getting on bike, very hard to not tumble off because throttle may be turned and bike takes off. No instructions as to how to set to PEDAL ASSIST ... ONLY

I’m upset because it’s Christmas morning and I just put the bike together and the back wheel slightly wobbles like the rim isn’t that straight. When I contacted them to see if they could send me a replacement rim I was told no and that I had to send the whole bike back! It’s heavy, I just spent time to out it together, and now they want me to disassemble it and return it? I don’t even have a vehicle big enough to get it to a shipping location so I have to see what I can do! This was 1100 dollars and they can’t send me a spare tire? Im so aggravated!
