The little snow blower gets a lot of use in these parts – I’d just as soon use it for the small 1 – 4” snowfalls instead of pulling out the monster. When the scrapper bar is new and set correctly, it clears the snow down to the pavement. These appear to be the same quality as the original.

I have a Yard Machines single stage snowblower. It accepts all MTD replacement parts- including the scraper. The scraper is dual sided, so when one side wears out, you flip it around and use the other side. i did this last year, and the second side has now worn out as well. Without a functional scraper bar, the bare metal of the snowblower rubs against the ground, it the snowblower will not move. This replacement was a perfect fit. The screw holes lined up perfectly and the indent in the new scraper bar fit perfectly on the lip of the snowblower. I now have a new scraper bar in place for the winter. One additional thing- this is a two pack- which gives your four sides of the scraper bar to use- these will last at least two years, if not four years. Perfect five star item.
