Material and craftsmanship similar in quality to Ann Taylor or Talbots, though lower-priced. It is NO Brooks Brothers or Pendelton skirt, however. Given the stretch, it fits my 72 y.o. body nicely save for the ZIPPERED waist which is quite tight. I suspect this would be perfect on a younger woman's body. I like it enough that I'm going to try it in one size up, though I am returning my original purchase. It seems that many stretch items these days are made smaller (to save on material), so i regret not ordering a larger size originally. ... show more

I bought the khaki color - The in-person khaki color is comparable to the product photos. Unfortunately, this skirt looks SO CHEAP because of how synthetic and thin the material is. The material is horrendous. You cannot tuck anything into it; even the thinnest shirts will show through it. EVERYTHING shows through it. If you wear a thong, you’d still see its outline through the fabric. Zero underwear would solve the ‘panty-line problem.’ Still, I can tell that the fabric will highlight all body parts (not in a good, tasteful way) and any skin/body imperfection will show straight through it (dimples, cellulite, booty crack). If you buy this skirt and don’t want public embarrassment, please check out your backside in the mirror before leaving your home — you might wind up reconsidering your purchase like I did. Needless to say, I’m returning the skirt. On a positive note, the cut/fit of this skirt is cute. I love the tie on the side.
