I've been really happy with this FITVII band. I have a small collection of inexpensive watches (nothing fancy) but I've never been a fan of smartwatches. They seem too repeated everywhere, and I prefer wearing a simple quartz watch that matches my outfit rather than having the same smartwatch on my wrist every day. Because of that, my options for tracking my activity are basically my phone, a fitness band, or a smart ring (too expensive). I've tried a few bands before, but many of them were either too bulky or surprisingly expensive. My main goal was simply to track my steps, but this band does much more than that. It also monitors blood pressure, blood oxygen, heart rate, HRV, stress, and sleep. I've noticed that the sleep tracking can be a little inaccurate at times, but that's not a feature I rely on very much. Step tracking, on the other hand, has been very good. Like most fitness trackers, it won't count steps if your hand isn't moving—for example, when you're pushing a stroller, which happens to me fairly often. When that happens, I just put the band in my pocket. That's normal behavior, even for much more expensive devices. Overall, I find the step count to be accurate, and that's what matters most to me. The battery lasts about a week on a single charge, and recharging it is quick and easy. It's also incredibly lightweight. Most of the time I forget I'm even wearing it, and since it's so slim, I can still wear my regular watches without any issue on the other hand. The only thing I don't really like is the two small metallic strips on the band. I think an all-black version would look much cleaner (my opinion). I might even paint mine later. Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase. If you're looking for a lightweight, affordable fitness tracker that focuses on the essentials while offering a few extra health metrics, I think this is a great option.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars I’m very happy with the FITVII Screenless Fitness Tracker. It’s lightweight, comfortable, and so easy to wear all day without the distraction of a screen. The health tracking features, including heart rate, sleep monitoring, HRV, and activity tracking, provide helpful insights into my daily wellness, and I love that there are no subscription fees required to access the data. The battery life is excellent, the app is user-friendly, and setup was quick with my phone. I have not worn a watch for many many years. So I wasn't going to drop a lot of money on something I might not wear for more than a few days. I bought the watch with the gold strap. This did not work very well. It kept getting caught and slipping off. Fortunately, the company had also provided a (pink) silicone strap. This worked properly. After a while, I began to like the pink color. It matches the 'background' and makes the watch less of a glaring statement. Unlike my experiences a long time back, I found this very comfortable and was able to wear it 24/7 without any issues. The battery is frugal and only required charging while showering. The watch comes with an app which has previously had some pretty negative reviews. However, once you get over some of its quirks, it is not too bad. The exercise videos are well organized. I don't know how good they are as exercise (not my area of expertise), but having well organized ones you can actually do is better than not doing any. One really odd thing about them is the bug that only displayed 1/3 of the video screen on my tablet. To fix that, start in portrait mode; then press the little change aspect icon in top right; then rotate screen to landscape. Strange, but it works every time. The blood pressure, pulse, and O2 seem sufficiently accurate. The step counter, however, was way off for me. Perhaps I fidget too much, or whatever, but it is not even close to being what it should be. That likely explains why this product has so many returns. If you want an accurate step counter, this might not be it [Update: While walking, it seems ok, but it clocks up all sorts of things while not active]. I went and bought another watch that was much better for this aspect. There are things to like and dislike on both watches, so I am keeping both of them. The watch faces on the Nexa are more to my liking, and a couple of other things I prefer. The menu structures and features make this agreeable as a watch. They work well, and don't require more than a few minutes to get used to them. The timer, alarms, and similar were all easy to use. I liked the 5-day weather. (The alarm time, has to be set in the app, but can be tre-riggered in the watch). The timer has several one-button options, such a 5 minutes, 15 minutes etc. They have a varied range of watch face styles. A few good ones in there. Like a lot of these products, there are a lot of "why didn't they..." thoughts that come to mind, but none are especially show-stopping. Just a commentary on the s/w design process that lacks creativity and independence of thought to come up with better implementations. All in all, a nice watch. The step counter seems to count when it shouldn't, but seems more or less on target while actually walking.

This super cool and easy to wear device is blowing my mind. It tracks so much more than your steps! I had no idea there could be a device like this. It tracks your heart rate, blood oxygen levels, blood pressure, sleep levels and quality, stress levels, even your cycles. This is easy to wear, with no readout display to distract you, so you barely realize it's there. You follow the information on the app readout, where it clearly shows all the data that it syncs from to your device every time you open the app. It's super easy to use. A charge lasts a good week to a week and a half. No subscription fees. USB plug in cable with a magnetic connector so you don't have to fiddle with tiny charging ports. I really like this. I gotta be honest…. Does it do everything it’s supposed to? Yes, it certainly does. But I’m sorry in this day and age to have something not last all day on a FULL CHARGE is disgraceful. In my honest opinion if you’re gonna get a similar device go for the expensive ones that can last them multiple days. At its absolute best it’s gonna run you 6 1/2 to 7 hours before you have to recharge it.

The sensor and app seem to work well together (after 1 week of use). However, the charging harness lacks sufficient magnetic strength to maintain continuous contact. I have had to repeatedly re-connect to get a sufficient charge guilt up (e.g. 80-90%)

I’ve been testing this fitness band for several days now, and I’m honestly impressed with how well it’s doing. The band itself is lightweight, comfortable, and easy to wear all day and night. I really like the way it feels on my wrist. Setup was simple, and the basic tracking features work smoothly. It handles steps, sleep, and heart rate without any trouble. The app is simple but functional, and the cloud sync stays active. Some features, like the Sports Data toggle, look like they’re still being developed, but the essentials are working fine. Battery life has been excellent. I started at 100% on Tuesday, and by Sunday it still had 12% left — even after running the Lorentz Plot for a full day, which uses extra power. That’s very good performance for a band-only tracker. I’m also comparing the readings with my regular morning devices (BP, glucose, pulse oximeter, weight), and everything has been consistent enough for everyday wellness tracking. Overall, this is a comfortable, simple, and reliable little fitness band with great battery life. I’m happy with it so far.

I really love this fitness tracker. First of all it fits amazing and is a very soft comfortable rubber that never bothers me. Even when I’m sleeping or working out it fits and feels great. The charge lasts for days and charges fast and easy. I also love the app and the layout. It has all the features I needed like steps, heart rate, and sleep. And it tracks very well with a lot of detail. For example it breaks down your sleep by light, deep, and REM and gives you a lot of info including Ai integration and explanations. I highly recommend this!
