This couch came in a timely manner and in three separate boxes that arrived all at the same time! I was so happy to have them arrive together! The packaging was neat, and damage free! Setup was fairly easy but I had my brother help me. The only thing is I don’t see how the chase can be easily interchangeable without taking pieces apart, but not too much of a big deal. Like others have said this couch is firm, but comfortable. A few comfy decorative pillows will do the trick. This couch is for small/med size spaces. Worth the buy! Oh and the couch says beige but it definitely is an off white. ... show more

I am so pleased with this Sofa Sectional. Like others stated it is delivered in three boxes and they all came at once. Assembly was super easy and the instructions were simple to follow. This Sofa Sectional is perfect for small spaces and it's comfortable not too firm. Great buy! Update So it is 1 year later and I must say if you don't like cleaning then do not purchase this sofa it pills terribly and this linen fabric is impossible to clean. I've tried everything and once it is dirty that's it. You will never get it clean again. I've had to purchase a cover for my sofa because it's so gross now. I might have to buy a new sofa ... show more

    • Difficult to assemble, mark my word

1. It is quite difficult to assemble, mark my word! and I am a handyman. 2. and only in the last page of instructions it says if you want the left to right or right to left orientation, reverse what you did and you have to figure out by yourself how to do it. 3. The cushions are not as thick as one would like, but overall the sofa looks pretty. 4. As for sturdiness, I am not sure. First, there were some wrong installation instructions. For instance you can screw the legs to sofa's bottom rather than to its armrests, because most of your weight will be on sofa not on armrest, but a few of the legs are instructed to be screwed to the armrests. I screwed them to the bottom wholes as much as possible. 5. Also, the two segments of the L-shape (call it A and B) are attached together only using two screws and make it quite fragile. When trying to lift from one end, the sofa bends from the middle. Basically you cannoy carry the sofa unless you separate the two segments from each other, otherwise it might break from the middle. They could have at least put 4 screws in the package for that instead of two, to make it sturdier. ... show more
