It’s okay as far as comfort. Buy some more legs for them because the sofa is LOW. Get 8 inch square legs and it makes a huge difference in height and appearance. I like the material and the style. Comes in three boxes 2 one day 1 the next. Easy to install. The back are not as comfortable but it’s okay. Needs an ottoman for the middle. Don’t like the side pillows cause they Velcro and zip and is not fluffy at all feels cheap there. Oh and the back cushions velcro as well. Great fast delivery — Bought on the 19th and received it on 21st! It came in 3 packages. It took my husband probably 2 hours to put together. So far so good! It was a wider than we expected, so it’s really good for the price. It’s pretty comfy, not to firm. We’ll see how it holds up!

Delivery was great. The couch is really big and is firm but not overly hard. It didn’t take too long to put together and the tools needed are included. It is more yellowish cream than beige, so keep that in mind when thinking about the color.

Firstly, this couch is much SMALLER than they have advertised on the listing. Here are a few examples: They show that the length of the couch is 114.2", the true measurement is only 109". They show the height of the couch is 36.4", true measurement is only 32". They show the length of the chaise lounge is 55.5", true measurement is only 50". They show the height of the seat part is 17.7", true measurement is 15.5". Additionally, the cushions started busting at the seams on the very first day. Lastly, I will mention that the legs of the couch are extremely sharp so you have to be very careful not to stub any toes on it. I did my due diligence in checking the measurements before placing the order so that I was sure it would be the right fit (for the room, and for myself) so I was very disappointed to find out the couch was much smaller then they had advertised. When I wrote to the seller, their response was to use a needle and thread to sew up the holes and offered a $50 dollar refund. I paid over $500 dollars for it!! That is a lot of money for me. This couch has been a nightmare to deal with the last several weeks. I would love to return it but even if I had the original boxes, it wouldn't fit back in them without all the vacuum seal packaging. I've been trying to find boxes the right size to return it all, but those size boxes are not easy to find, or very expensive. Overall, I wish I could buy a new couch elsewhere but now I'm stuck with this tiny, crappy couch that is literally falling apart. I feel robbed by this seller and it has been very upsetting. **the black line on the wall is for reference of how much shorter this couch is than my previous. When sitting straight up the backrest hits just under your breast with at least half your back directly on the wall** I was so excited for this couch and was devastated when I opened it and realized it was made for tiny people. This couch ended up being 4 inches shorter than advertised. Customer service is an absolute joke and will not get back to you. Not even 2 months in to owning and a beam is already splintering on one of the chaise! We are not big people and are very gentle on the furniture. I didn’t have high hopes opening as the structure itself is not built with much support to begin with. This couch is also extremely uncomfortable with hard and very cheap feeling material. The cushions are maybe 4 inches thick and that is being generous. In my opinion, Save your money. This couch is the worst purchase of my life. On god. ... show more

Pros: Once you figure out how to assemble it is doable. It took 2 of us 3 hours, directions are not the best. Quality is decent for the money, color is very nice, fabric seems nice overall. Design and concept of this couch/sectional is great. 7" clearance for the legs and that is great to vacuum under and looks modern. Cons: No lumbar support, after a few hours your lower back will hurt. Chaise are too short, if you are 5' or taller, your feet will dangle off. If you have dogs that shed, dog hairs will cling all over. Back of couch is not straight across, some of the backing is off by 1/4-1/2"; you do not see the gap if you back the couch up against a wall ... show more
