I had my doubts buying a couch from amazon, however, as soon as this couch was done I realized there was no need. The couch arrived in 3 separate boxes, the building process was pretty simple and easy to read, I did run into one problem where one spot refused to have a screw in it and i couldn’t get a screw in to connect a section, but it still holds well. The couch is just as pictured, though I was surprised that the arms are just pillows that Velcro and zip into place (the zippers were a struggle). It’s such a beautiful couch, it’s comfortable and a perfect size for an apartment. I’ve had this couch for 1.5 years and will be throwing it out as I’m moving. PROS: Spacious, pretty comfortable, budget friendly, washable covers, aesthetically pleasing. CONS: Not very sturdy. Back cushions too low. Slides around without a rug. Gold legs get rusty with regular cleaning. After 1.5 years of daily use, it’s held up pretty well for the price point. I’m 5’3 and my man is 6’3, his feet dangle on the chaise. If he leans too far back, the solid back panel will become unhinged. Would not recommend for people who shop in the big and tall section. TIPS: Do NOT put covers in the dryer bc it will shrink and become a nightmare to put back on. Buy couch covers if you have pets. Feels way more sturdy if put against a wall. ... show more

We bought this couch for our small apartment and it was perfect. The quality is nice and is worth the price. It was easy to assemble it only took my boyfriend about 2 hours to build. It is short but you can just buy taller legs from Home Depot and attach them if you want something higher. It’s pretty comfortable not the fluffiest but not too hard either. I like the softness of the fabric! it’s the perfect fit for our small apartment ... show more

Soso happy with this purchase. Affordable and very pretty! Easy to install! However, some holes were misplaced and i was not able to put those screws on. I don't think it was that big of a deal because the majority of the screws were able to fit! Nonetheless, my couch feels sturdy!! It is also very comfortable! 100/10 I reccomend!!! ... show more

Firstly, this couch is much SMALLER than they have advertised on the listing. Here are a few examples: They show that the length of the couch is 114.2", the true measurement is only 109". They show the height of the couch is 36.4", true measurement is only 32". They show the length of the chaise lounge is 55.5", true measurement is only 50". They show the height of the seat part is 17.7", true measurement is 15.5". Additionally, the cushions started busting at the seams on the very first day. Lastly, I will mention that the legs of the couch are extremely sharp so you have to be very careful not to stub any toes on it. I did my due diligence in checking the measurements before placing the order so that I was sure it would be the right fit (for the room, and for myself) so I was very disappointed to find out the couch was much smaller then they had advertised. When I wrote to the seller, their response was to use a needle and thread to sew up the holes and offered a $50 dollar refund. I paid over $500 dollars for it!! That is a lot of money for me. This couch has been a nightmare to deal with the last several weeks. I would love to return it but even if I had the original boxes, it wouldn't fit back in them without all the vacuum seal packaging. I've been trying to find boxes the right size to return it all, but those size boxes are not easy to find, or very expensive. Overall, I wish I could buy a new couch elsewhere but now I'm stuck with this tiny, crappy couch that is literally falling apart. I feel robbed by this seller and it has been very upsetting. Please don't trust them and make the same mistake I did. Ugh! ... show more

Everything came as described, the pillows are more on the stiff side. If you want, you can add more stuffing into them so it can be fluffier. It’s still worth getting. A month & a half later update: my back started hurting so I went to Michaels and got some polyester filling to put into the cushions. To be honest I didn’t even know foam was used to be the cushions (my brothers put it together for me because I was busy doing something). As you can see I removed the foams and replaced it with polyester fill. If you do plan to get this be prepared to get your back hurt but if you do decide to add more stuffing make sure to get 10 lbs polyester fill in order to fully stuff the cushions properly, which totaled out to be $50. ... show more

I absolutely love this couch!! I got it for my new apartment a month ago. I wanted to wait a month before posting a review to give decent feedback. Do not hesitate and run not walk to purchase this couch. It’s beautiful and very comfortable. I have fallen asleep on it more than my own bed and my bed is VERY comfortable as well. It’s elegant, gives this place a clean sheik look and it’s bigger than I expected from reading previous reviews. It’s more than enough room to sprawl out on the length of the couch and the chase part. I’m 5’5 for reference. My shipment all arrived together on the same day.
