The items came in 2 boxes. The one containing the chairs was partially open and some parts were missing. I was able to work it out with the seller to get the additional chair pads to prevent floor scratching (A+ for seller service recovery). It took me about an hour to assemble all 4 chairs. If you have leather wipes, use them for finishing touches. The table was the easiest to assemble.
