Cooktop fit perfectly into my Granite Countertop. All the burners work at the same time with no power loss. Electrician was concerned about the size of wire provided from cooktop to junction box so far so good. Had to contact customer service because there was no owners manual with operating instructions they provided a PDF manual. Amazon customer service was extremely helpful keeping me calm when I had no idea how to operate this cooktop without any manual so many thanks to them they truly provided me excellent customer support. Changed to 5 star cause after making this post I was contacted and found out the company that installed it wired it wrong. Now it works I leave the problem had so others know the out come Bought a month ago Dooes not stay on. And randomly turns different burners on and off Constantly have to flip breaker off to control cook top again but still won't heat up for us to cook on ... show more

I bought this product , and it worked great for 3.5 weeks. Now I can only put the temperature level on 8 or 9, I don't know what happened, and it's very frustrating and disappointing. I would like to update my review: The company called and sent me a new cooktop within 3 days. I'm very impressed with their customer service!!! Purchased this to replace our 20 plus year old cooktop. The first product we received only had three of the burners working so we returned it and received the replacement within days. It’s easy to use and the best part is no more knobs to deal with since everything is touchscreen.

Looks great with my new quartz countertops. The think metal rim is perfect along with having no knobs is a bonus. Definitely worth the money. The media could not be loaded. This stove top is easier to clean because it’s a flat surface and does t have knobs to clean under. It takes a bit of getting used to for how to properly use the controls but once you figure it out it works well. Heats up fast and cooks our food well.
