I’m really disappointed with this ride-on vehicle. It stopped working properly after just 11 months. The battery no longer holds a charge; after charging it for an entire day, it only runs for about five minutes. For the price, this is not worth it. I’ve purchased other ride-on vehicles in a similar price range that have lasted significantly longer without these issues. I’m also unhappy with the customer service. When I reached out for help or suggestions, the seller closed the conversation without any response, explanation, or attempt to resolve the issue. The one star reflects both the poor product quality and the lack of support. I would not recommend this product.

Toddler loves it. Wish it had a longer battery life. The handheld control is nice for tiny hands who can’t quite steer yet but you constantly have to keep adjusting left and right.
