This Mini Gaming PC is pretty cool. It's got a powerful Ryzen 7 5700U processor, so it can do a lot more than just work. When I opened the box, everything was packaged really nicely, which made me feel good about the quality of the product. Some things I liked: - It came with all the cables I needed, so setting it up was super easy. - You can add more RAM if you want, so it's kind of future-proof. - It's got built-in wifi, so you don't have to mess around with cables to get online. - Windows 11 was already installed, so I could start playing my favorite games right away. - Worked well with steam as well as xbox games and of course retro games ran very well - There's a button that lets you switch between different performance modes, which is pretty handy. - It's fast and responsive, even when you've got a lot going on. - It can handle 1440p 144Hz and 4K60 displays, so everything looks really smooth. The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't figure out how to change the RGB lights. I have been using this gaming PC for playing Roblox and other medium performance games. PC was easy to setup and started gaming right away. The fan makes little to no noise and is able to dissipate heat appropriately. I am very pleased with the performance of this PC because not only it’s small but also able to run many games while streaming other content. I noticed a little lag at first but after changing the setting on the power knob to high performance the PC increased performance and noticed little to no lag. The aesthetics are very beautiful with the bright neon colors. I love the fact that the PC is small and compact that can be placed anywhere and could also be taking for travels or on the go. The image quality is spectacular and great for streaming in 4K. Definitely a PC worth the money for a compact and powerful machine. ... show more

UPDATE: There is NO way to contact this seller! DO NOT BUY THESE PC'S. OR ANYTHING FROM KAMRUI! They have not responded to my email request, I've tried to call them multiple times during business hours, and their chat on their website does not connect to anything. I'm demanding that Amazon either shut down their account OR refund the money themselves. Currently waiting to speak to a supervisor. Two of my teenagers saved their $ for a long time, just to get screwed by this company. Super unfair. :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: My sons have been using this computer since November. Today the computer shut down on its own and will not turn back on. The power cord is working, and an additional power cord was tested on the device as we have an additional computer of this model. The power cord light will go on, but the light goes out once it's plugged into the port for the computer and the computer does not turn on. I've put in a request for the manufacturer to contact us immediately. There is no warranty information on their website, which is unacceptable. ... show more

Product: 4.5/5 Support: 5/5 I am not sure how this PC functions as a gaming PC, but it is amazing for everyday/productivity PC. The PC was mainly used for browsing the internet, office work, media streaming, and photo/video editing. Without upgrading the RAM or SSD, the PC is incredibly fast out of the box. I am sure spending a few more dollars and upgrading the RAM and SSD would turn this into a beast of a machine that does not take up much space in your setup. About 9 months of ownership a, the PC encountered a hardware issue and it just shut down randomly and never turned on again. After testing out the power supply, Ram and SSD, it seems like this is a hardware issue. I was worried since being 9 months out, I'm not sure what the warranty situation would be. I contacted the support email and they were quick with their response. They provided me several options to troubleshoot it to see if it would work and turn back on, but unfortunately, none of them would work. The person then suggested that I should return the unit and that they would send me a replacement. Once they received the broken pc, they shipped out the new one and it is now running brand new. Hopefully it does not encounter the same issue in the long run, but super impress how responsive Support was. They would answer and follow up within or less than 24 hours. Overall, when there is no issue with the pc, it is one of the best PC I have ever bought, esp for what is Included and the price point. Support for this company is amazing, even after 9 months, they replaced my broken PC without questions. The fact that this brand is not a big tech brand makes it even better that Support is amazing.
