I got this for work as an easy way to remote in my main PC for traveling. The first unit I received from Amazon was unfortunately faulty, and I only started using it after the default return policy had expired. I contacted the manufacturer support through Amazon. Their customer support representative (Win) did a great job and replaced the faulty unit with a new one, no questions asked! I had my new one in a few days and it’s been working perfectly ever since. The media could not be loaded. I use this with CAD/CAM software, and to control my cnc router and it works amazing! Fast rendering, able to keep up with my cnc and design at the same time. Allows for 2 monitors as well which was an unexpected bonus. I will buy another.

    • False Advertising Stating Windows 11 Pro
Purchased the mini PC to do graphic work because of its 16GB Ram, 512 SSD, and AMD Radeon Graphics card, but I use Win 11 Pro for its security and other options. In the listing of the product title it states Win 11 Pro, in the graphics it states Pro, in the Tech Specs it states Pro, and in the main advertising as well. Yet, it came with W11 Home Edition (Older). There was never a prompt to upgrade to Pro, there was no email or documentation to upgrade...there is no serial number on the computer that I can find and after three or four attempts for a product key to upgrade, Kamrui continually balks. They first claimed that I purchased a Home Edition, which is not what was advertised. I sent them my order number with that first request for a product key and their first response was send order number. ?? As far as the computer doing the job for what I want, it does perform well, it is louder than a similar BeeLink that I own, but, for those wanting simple gaming and graphics without Pro, it will serve your purpose. How well and how long, I do not know. It is unsettling. As far as the design, it looks good, but there is only a USB-C in the front which makes it more difficult to plug in a standard USB adapter and I have to question any warranty or other service response from the company. My chat request within Amazon was never answered by Kamrui and there is no phone number for customer service or any other means on Amazon. I had to go to their website to get their email address to contact them separately. They responded around 24-36 hours or so the first time and less afterward. They offered the initial product key again and then a different one, which did not work. Returning for another brand. ... show more

There were some issues with the wifi during initial setup. No matter what updates I did or troubleshooting, the wifi was garbage. But, with an ethernet cable plugged in, the mini PC is quick and fast and smooth for Roblox gaming at medium graphics settings. My son loves it. It can pretty much play any game at moderate graphics settings and will still run and play the games great. Unit gets warm but we installed a laptop cooling fan underneath and it works great. I was looking for a pc to run the NVR software for my video surveillance system. I don't have a ton of rack space, so the size of the pc I chose was critical. A lot of computers using this form factor are severely underpowered, but that isn't the case here. It has no problem running the software and recording / streaming from 12 - 4k cameras. The software can be a resource hog, but the 16gigs of ram seem to be more than enough to keep things running smoothly. The on board graphics have no issue powering a video wall with 12 4k streams running 24/7. Another plus is that it does not generate much heat. Being in a small cabinet with many other pieces of network equipment, this pc seems to add very little additional heat to the cabinet which can affect every piece of network equipment. It is also silent, which is another big plus! I am generally an Intel user, but I have had no issues that would cause me to doubt the power or stability of the AMD platform this PC is built upon. Whether you are looking for a basic PC to do everyday tasks, doing a little light gaming or using it to run virtual machines for different operating systems or programs, you can't go wrong giving this PC a shot. The mounting hardware included was a nice addition. I mounted this unit on the side of a nightstand for use with a tethered thin screen monitor with bluetooth keyboard/mouse and it had done very well.
