Pros: *Solid steel frame *Vented top is covered to deflect rain from coming in *2 walls can block out sun and wind *Can be bolted in place for permanent use Cons: *No complaints I got this to replace the canopy that was installed by the pool when we bought our house. It had a damaged metal side at the base of the canopy which did not hold up well against wind and eventually collapsed. This canopy has been a good replacement, with features ours did not have, such as being portable and a vent on top. Additionally, the two included side walls are great for cold weather use, keeping direct north winds from blowing on us and allowing our fire pit to do a better job of keeping us warm while enjoying the evening or night with friends. Being portable, this kit has a carry bag which makes it easy to transport, although I have not taken it anywhere. The canopy material is advertised as waterproof, which is great if you are using it and encounter unexpected bad weather. Included sandbags will help keep the canopy in place. No complaints thus far in my use case. You can probably find a cheaper canopy, but the mixed use case makes this one difficult to beat.
