I want to start by saying just how impressed I am with this canopy. This is the third canopy top I have used and the first from this brand. I am sticking with this brand from now on. My first was a Coleman that ripped fairly quickly. Second was another brand that didn't last long. We have this company top on a frame positioned on our back deck for the summer. We live in a bit of a wind tunnel especially in the summer we encounter almost nightly thunderstorms. This canopy has handled the high winds and rain perfectly. Earlier this summer a thunderstorm destroyed the frame this canopy was on but not one tear on the canopy. It still looks great, is easy to install and we just popped it into another frame. Fabric was silver lines which helps to reflect heat, nice thick fabric that feels like it will hold up much better than original top that came with the Ozark trails 10 x 10 straight leg canopy. Love the double vents in the top as well. Am very happy and impressed with the overall quality, especially for the price. I'm so glad that I ordered 2 because I was irritated that the original tips only lasted a few months and I would have to throw a perfectly good frame because it was cheaper than buying a new top. NOT ANYMORE! I hate that we have become such a throw away society..... ... show more

    • Great replacement top for my pop up!

Needed to replace my pop up canopy - 10 x 10 straight leg, easy-up by another manufacturer. After several years of use it finally tore during a windy night (had it set up in the back yard). It finished the season but i finally sent it on its way. This is so much better than my original canopy, it has a vent on top allows wind and heat to flow though out; it also is screened. Don't have a measure of thickness but it seems thicker than my original manufacturer's canopy. Corners have velcro to attach to the frame on the inside and have tie down attachements at the corners - haven't use them so I'm not sure of length. I use weights to anchor my canopy down. Good waterproofing, it sheds water well, I've hosed off bird droppings every easily. Attaches easily to the frame with velco wraps; has reinforced areas (second layer) on the canopy where the frame joints bend when collapsed - this was where my original canopy tore. It will collapse with the frame and fit in the original canopy manufacturer's travel/storage bag. Got the silver/grey, thought the black might absorb too much heat and didn's want the white one. This is great for getting outside and enjoying the backyard on sunny days. Would buy again when needed; great way to still use that old legset, as long as it's in good condition. ... show more

Fit's our FirstUp 10ft frame. Actually a bit too big. Was easy to put on. All points of contact to the frame have added protection which the original cover didn't have. All the straps, and velcro line up perfectly. Is a good quality cover. Now the bad. It leaked the very first time it rained. Water all over. All the seams leaked. There are little holes in fabric that I can see light through along any of the sewn seams. I am going to try waterproof spray, and see if this makes a difference. Also with it being a bit over sized there were some low sagging spots that water collected. Aside from that, It does a great job at keeping out the sun. I go through one canopy per year on my outside gazebo as I leave them up until they get holes. This one has the tie down ropes for the corners which is really nice (I did cut some pipe foam insulation to place between the canopy and the metal posts to prevent holes and ripping). It is very waterproof (it was holding gallons of large water puddles on each side after last nights large Houston storm) and this is actually a problem for me. I don't like canopies to hold water like that as they add stress to the material like giant water balloons. I purchased some grommets (metal loops for holes) to add (6 on each side) to allow water drainage for rain storms. It's a shame this did not come with grommet holes to assist in draining. Overall I like it a lot for the money though and it is well made for the cost. It would be 5 stars if I didn't have to add grommets myself. I have only had it a few months but I suspect one of these per year is what I will buy as they all rip eventually in the Texas heat. ... show more

Great fit for our angled leg Ozark Trail pop up tent. Hope it holds up better than the original! It does seem a little thicker. So far, I am pleased. Velcro lines up perfectly, corners are snug. I think it fits better that the factory original too.

We put ours in the frame, it's a bit loose but works. It didn't come with the corner straps though so it is very loose and can’t be tightened up.
