I absolutely do NOT recommend this fountain. Firstly, there was no relaxing water sound—there was no trickling water sound at all, regardless of the level of water or rock placement. Secondly, it stopped working one week after being delivered—and it wasn't even turned on for more than 12 hours in total. It's a waste of time and money. Will make a loud screeching noise at random times. The water is more loud than it is relaxing. Wish I could return it but my fiancé was too excited when we first got it that he immediately tossed the box. 2 stars because it is cute
