****UPDATE****** They reached out to me and resolved my issue. Very professional even though their product wasn't completely satisfactory. I'm sure not all of them have blood on them. I just wish they had double checked the item. I give them 5 stars for responding and fixing the problem. So overall I will leave them 3 stars on this. ---------------------------------------------Got my package early which was awesome. Opened it and noticed blood on alot of the wood pieces. Not just a tiny bit of blood. But A LOT. Also noticed there were major scratches all through the whole bunk bed. And to top it all off I also had to make my own holes because the people are too ignorant to know how to use a tape measure and put holes where they should go. Also, it came with the one mesh piece way too small. Big waste of money.

Very sturdy instructions can be better but we got it done took me and my 2 sisters 6hrs hopefully yall can do it faster but yes it works great… my 2 older boys are 5/7 5/8 and heavy build the other two are still in elementary and they love it
