Wife review - This is actually much nicer than I expected. It seems to be well made and looks really nice on the table. The water mechanism works great, but is a little louder than it could be. It comes with stones to put on the bottom for the water to hit, but it needs much more than they include. With a full ledge of stones, it makes a really nice sound. The planter on top is such a neat idea. I haven't gotten real plants for it yet, but will definitely be trying it. You can also put fake greenery in the top. Overall, a great purchase and great for people who like to relax with water sounds.

We lived on a river prior to purchasing this mountain top acreage. My wife really misses the sound of the river. I chose this thinking it might help her. The faux walls are abs. Sits on top of a reservoir and pumps the water to the top, spilling out into the opening to the reservoir. Without the stones that are included, the splashing is a bit loud, but with the stones it softens the splashing although in try recording it is barely noticeable.

So the tower of the waterfall looks nice enough. Nice little light at the base and the fact you can plant a real plant at the top that is kept watered via a wicking rope is cool. But really everything else about this is just isn't the zen I wanted. Very few stones included in my box that barely cover the bottom of the fountain. You can hear a slight hum from a the pump even when the water is topped off, and the water hitting the base is just way too strong so you don't get a gentle bubbling brook, but rather crashing waterfall noise imo. Perhaps look elsewhere for a table top fountain.

This is just not what I thought nor was hoping for. Every picture depicted this with fake greenery which I was looking forward to as I am not a fan of real greenery inside. I was going to use this as a nice counter piece zen set up but this only comes with a planter which means I will either be forced to find fake ones that fit or bring real greenery inside which I won’t be doing. The construction quality seems fine - the glue or whatever seems to be a bit messy but I assume once the water is set up and flowing it wouldn’t be as obvious. It’s a small device so it could work on a countertop or somewhere but I don’t think I will be using this unfortunately. If I didn’t already get rid of the box I would try to return.

This is nicer looking in person than I had hoped. Everything you need to get it up and running takes about 30 seconds. It would help if you rinsed off the included bag of rocks; the instructions say particulate matter can affect the pump. The only issue I have is that the tube isn't long enough to attach the pump to the bottom of the container and still connect it to the base of the wall. Maybe I was supposed to stick it to the underside of it, but it is working fine. I poured in distilled water to help prevent moss and algae. I turned on the pump and arranged the rocks so that they looked nice; a few of the stones included are translucent enough for the light to shine through. I arranged them so there is a nice glow in the bottom. The water flow is excellent and consistent, but now I just need to pick up some succulents to put on top. There is an included rope that goes down to the water to help keep dirt wet if you decide to plant natural plants. It did get damp reasonably quickly, so the rope will help with real plant growth. Overall this is a nice little waterfall for me office.

You gotta add the plants to cover the green top. Nice for the soothing gurgle of falling water. I like this! Good gift idea for your green thumb pals, too.

I love it more then I thought I would. It is really peaceful and relaxing. I wouldn't mind a couple different ones throughout the house. I wish there were twice as many rocks but that's a easy fix. I do recommend it.
