- You can input up to 600g per batch.
- You can raise the lever on the front to enable the coffee bean discharge, and two temperature sensors (bean temperature and exhaust temperature) are attached. Furthermore, you can monitor the current roasting status using the viewing window and the trier.
- There are two types of thermometers available. The default option is a digital thermometer. For an additional fee, you can upgrade to a digital data logger thermometer, which provides access to the Artisan software.
- You can perform natural draft roasting as a standalone feature with the roaster. However, by using the additional product, "chaff collector & cooler," you can have better control over the airflow within the drum, resulting in a more uniform roasting quality.
- Our product requires a gas burner, which is essential for its operation. Additionally, electricity is necessary to power the motor. The product is designed to operate with a voltage range of 100-240V, making it compatible with various voltage standards worldwide.
