  • Trike
Color: BLACK
This is not an easy trike to get on or off if your handicap in any way. Be careful when you use it.my trike says wontrip that is not a kakigo that is ordered the are two different companies with like products. That’s false advertising and not good.

  • On the road again!!!! Love it!
Color: BLACK
I have a 2 wheel E Bike but due to health reasons (I'm 88) I was discouraged riding it SO I bought a Kakigo trike. It came with the name of Easingo on it. It appears to be the exact same as the Kakigo . Anyway let's get on the review. This bike came well packaged. So well packaged it took me half hour just to get out of the box. I was mostly pre assembled. Instructions was clear and easy to follow. I put it together my self with no help except I had my son in law help with the front wheel. Remember I'm 88. All pieces fit with no problem. This trike is SOLID ! Really well built and sturdy. Lot's of fun. Get's me out of the house. I use pedal assist just to get some exercise, but on hills the power really comes in handy. I would buy this again in a heartbeat. See ya later I'm going for a ride! ... show more

Color: 15.6Ah Battery,BLACK
The trike brand that came was Easingo. They said it was good for 4'7". My wife is 4'10" and she couldn't ride it. I'm 5'4" and its way to high for me. I had to make with the use of a full shop, a bracket that set in front of the main seat pipe. I lowered it 3 inches and brought it forward. It is now as low as it can go and not hit the battery. The battery is under the seat so you are very limited in lowering the seat. Without any major modification I definitely would not recommend this trike for anyone under 5'5 and even then you'll have to slide off to touch the ground. I'm 5'4 so I'll look else where for my trike and hope my wife can make due with the extensive mod I've done. The front shocks iv adjusted different ways, you can't let air out cause they're springs. My wife at 120 and me at 200 lb don't get any movement out of them and yes I know about the unlock switch, if I hold the brake and really bare down they move a little for me 200 lb. Iv rode motorcycles since I was 13 and I'm 70 now, have the engineers even rode this trike?? ... show more

  • Updated 4-23-2026 An annoying noise during FIRST RIDE!
Color: 15.6Ah Battery,BLACK
The media could not be loaded. 4-23-2026 I took my very first ride on 4-22-2026 and everything seemed to go smoothly. I really enjoyed getting on a bike again and riding. As I mentioned in my oiginal post, the manual leaves a lot to be desired (Yes, I read it a couple times). But I kind of figured out the gears and which PAS modes to use. Two MINOR things that did not affect my rating were that the trike struggled to go up a hill if I did not already have momentum while pedaling. The bike is very heavy and with me riding, it is difficult to get it going on level ground. The motor on this trike could not get it going from a slow speed or stop. I had to turn and go back down the incline then turn back around and make sure I was pedaling with pedal assist on and then it did manage to go up the hill, but a steep incline would have me worried. The seat is a wide cushioned seat, though I still felt it and it was uncomfortable by the time I started my return trip. I did not deduct from the rating for these issues as that is my OWN physical condition that contributes. I do not exceed the weight limits the bike states, but heavier folk like I should keep the inclines and length of time on the seat in mind. I am not a big fan of the pedals, they seem kind of small and unlike bikes, I can't seem to pedal while standing with this trike. Side note, I discovered what that rubber dome thing was on the left in one of the photos, it is a cap for a nut near the back. I noticed the same cap on the opposite side (though that one had an opening for a cable to pass through. Not sure why the one shown in the photo was not in place. Why I deducted a star with this update. The serious issue I encountered on my FIRST ride was actually the last leg of my 6–7 mile ride. A whining noise started and at first, I could not detect where it was coming from. But the trike went from a fairly quiet ride to a very annoying one. Today when I took it for a ride, the noise would come and go immediately. I made two videos, but Amazon only allows me to upload one. I chose the one where I demonstrated the noise and the brake tapping. What I discovered that when I was pedaling the noise was more random in occurrence and volume. But if I stopped pedaling whether I was in PAS 0 or higher, the noise would start and be very loud while coasting. I also discovered that it is likely the back brakes, as if I just tapped the back brake lever the noise would stop for a moment. This was annoying when I was riding at PAS 4, because when the noise started I would tap the brake lever to stop the noise, but it would temporarily stop the PAS until I pedaled a bit more or used the throttle to engage the drive. I am not a bike expert or mechanic; I have no idea why the noise occurs in the first place and why just lightly squeezing the brake level seems to stop it. But this noise started on the FIRST day. Now I am realizing one of the problems of ordering an item like this through Amazon, I have no store I can easily bring this HEAVY item to and though I MIGHT be able to fit it in my 4runner folded without the front wheel on. I likely will have to use our trailer to bring it to a local bike shop that may have the skills and equipment to check the trike. I certainly have no idea how I would ship it back for the merchant. But it is absolutely disappointing that I spend the amount I did on this item and before I even finish a short 6 to 7 mile ride it has a noise issue! ------------------------------ Original Review Below: April 21st, 2026, Assembly: The manual provided could be a bit more clear with order of assembly and with more clear images (Figures). Even with a magnifying glass it is difficult to see the images when they refer to them. Assembly would be smoother if the instructions were clearer and easier to read (especially for the visually impaired). Assembly Issue 1: The front light. Make sure the wire connecting the front light is positioned in a place out of the way BEFORE you put the tire on. Otherwise, there is not enough space to place the wire between the Fender support arc and the fender (The light will not fit between the fender support ark and fork as shown in their manual image!). If you do not have the lights wire in place before hand, you have to undo the fender AND tires! I had to thread it beneath that arc support you attach the fender too (See Images). Assembly was supposed to be easy, but if I have to undo the previous instructions because they were not clear about making sure to have a wire positioned correctly their instructions are not clear enough. Assembly Issue 2: The Rear Basket and Fenders. I am not sure if they had assembled the trike previously to make sure the rear fenders that attach to the basket do not rub the tires or not, but because they do not make it clear with labels so you know exactly which way the basket should face with the fenders on it, cause me to have to disassemble the basket and rear fenders and reverse them because they fenders seemed to be performed to be on a specific side. A simple sticker with L for left and R for right would have made it much clearer as to which side of the basket to put the rear fenders on. Because the assembly was not as smooth as it could have been with better instructions and visuals, I knocked it a star. Not sure why they included a slotted (flat head) screwdriver, as a phillips was the only one needed and was not provided. Would have been nice to have some arrow alignment for the steering wheel and seat. The Bike Baskets seem to have loose material inside that will rattle if tilted. This shouldn't be an issue after assembly, but just something I noticed. I hope they do not cause rattling while riding, but it is unlikely it will be noticeable while riding. Just was noticeable when unpacking and assembling. The manual provides details regarding the M5 Display. This does touch on the throttle and gears that pedal assist and throttle work on with the different modes. The setup instruction table is so small, it is hard for me to read even with reading glasses and a magnifying glass. It also does not explain how the gear shift works, for instance in the picture what is the big plus button? the lever on top? Is it like older bikes were you can only change gears while pedaling in motion? These answers are not provided. As for the throttle, do you have to hold the throttle? or does it increase throttle when using pedal assist, based on how fast you are pedaling? or both? Is there a way to set it to hold a throttle speed? I suppose I will learn this as I go, but it sure would have been nice to have MORE information in the manual. Tires say MAX PSI is 20, but is that recommended? The manual also does not include information on chain maintenance or how to adjust chain tightness or reset the chain if it slips gears. This is unfortunate for amateurs who have no experience may find themselves needing this information and many of us are amateurs who maybe have not had a normal bike, let alone an e-bike(trike). I also have no information on the two items in one of the pics I uploaded showing what looks like a nail polish bottle with black paint and a rubber dome type thing, which I have no idea what they are used for. Is the bottle paint to touch up scratches? Or is it chain oil? What is it? What is the rubber dome? The lack of information is another reason I am only giving it 3 stars. Now matter how good the trike might be, the lack of effort put into detailed manuals and information on maintenance, what some things are for, how to use the bike, poor assembly instructions. THESE ALL MATTER. Future Review Updates: After riding it for a bit, I will review comfort, range and battery life. IF everything works great after assembly then I will update what I feel on those topics. The bike looks amazing; the seat looks big and comfortable, though I will be a better judge after riding for a while. I appreciate the riding lights brake and headlight. No turning signal on this model, but those are easy to get and my helmet has them. Shipping: There are minor scratches, but nothing worth making a fuss over and likely is because of shipping, because I can attest the shipping company did not pay attention to "this side up" on the box, when I saw him unloading it (So I doubt they took much care when loading). Fortunately, the company did add a lot of padding and foam to prevent it, but I did note that one of the rear basket screws was loose in the box and not seated in the frame like the other three screws were. Not sure how that one screw got loose to be able to rattle around in the shipping box, but I would not even have known right away where that screw went to until my nephew pointed out the three that did not come loose. I only wish that it could have had regenerative pedaling and braking, but that would likely have increased the price, though I think such an upgrade would be worth it as recharging by pedaling and braking would increase range. But this is just a suggestion and does not affect my rating. **Note on product page and answers it gives: This product page gave me a recommended battery that was supposed to be compatible so I could have an extra battery to swap. The battery it recommended is NOT compatible and was not returnable. It would be nice if this company actually provided a way to purchase an extra battery that IS compatible. This does not affect my rating, just is a suggestion and a warning not to get the battery recommended in the questions section. ** ... show more

  • Five star if you follow the directions on the video that they provide you
Request the video, and follow the video precisely. There's two different videos you need to request, the one for this particular bike, and the one that shows how to adjust the brakes and put the brakes on. Although the first video does show it, the second one on a bike that is not exact shows it a little bit better. Overall very happy with the purchase. For someone who has put bikes together before I'm sure it would be simple. For me I never worked on bikes or put them together before. So it was very important for that video. Pause it figure out the direction to exactly that step and then move to the next one. My brother is driving it around now and I am driving around now. The only other thing you should probably do, the blue tape that they put on the bolts is supposed to lock those bolts in, it would be better to go purchase for a few dollars lock washers to add to the blue tape. I have noticed the blue tape does not hold as good as it should. If you don't understand what I mean you will when you get the box, on certain sections they put blue tape similar to what people put so that your water lines do not leak with the white tape. The blue tape is supposed to hold the nut on there and not allow it to loosen. Spend the extra money on the lock washers ... show more
