Perfect size for me in a queen bed when my hubby doesn't prefer the weighted blanket situation. We had a much larger, heavier weighted blanket I'd place on my side of the bed, which inevitably would end up crawling and pulling covers off my husband's side during the night (that thing must be at least 15 lbs). This is lighter weight, but still gives me that weighted blanket comfort & pretty much stays put. The blanket is nicely made and I love the fun leaf shape; makes it look like an accent on the bed, rather than just a functional blanket. This is terrific as a smaller (7lb) weighted option for bed in summer, or for when my back is grumpy and my full-sized (15lb) weighted blanket is overwhelming. Pulled over my torso, it still helps me sleep and stays put, but is also easy enough to get rid of if I get warm.
