Love that it is light and streamed line. Another review mentioned you would need to get use to the control for hot and cold you might accidentally touch it. This is true, but very easy to get used to and turn back on if you do. The attachments can be a bit tough to put on. I am hoping with time they will wear down a bit and be easier, otherwise not a big deal. My favorite feature is you can set the dryer down on the counter while brushing or choosing a new section of your hair to dry and NOT have to turn off dryer... it will automatically turn off when you set it down!! Once you pick it back up, it will turn on the same speed and heat as you had it on before. LOVE IT!!! Highly recommend!!! ... show more

Small concentrated air flow not good for fine hair styling. Buttons smack daddy on handle where your fingers go... stupid! My gf with thick course hair whose Revlon was smoking loved it and i gave it to her. I so wanted to like it but control buttons totally too sensitive and in the wrong place for this lefty... oh hmmmmm... maybe that was the button problem for me?!? Ha. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I've spent my life with limp wispy hair that becomes Einstein-like when it dries naturally or with a dryer. After 50 years, I've finally discovered (or K&K finally created) a dryer that adds volume to my hair while magically extracting the frizz. And once I dry my hair with this magical tool, my tresses look and feel healthy and clean for an entire week! Post blow-dry, I have NEVER had so much volume and such a smooth texture to my hair prior to using this, and that makes this worth every cent. If you're a hair stylist, I one billion percent recommend this dryer because it's lightweight and not top-heavy, so your wrists and arms won't scream at you. The dryer is also quiet so you can talk to clients, and it has an air outlet and brush for cleaning so it can blow air out the back to remove any particles that may get sucked into the filter over the course of several uses. For range of motion, the cord swivels 365 degrees on the base AND it's 9.75 feet long!!! (The cord length is a bit extensive for in-home use but it's exactly what hairdressers and stylists need.) I've included a video that demos features, but I'll mention that the dryer has three speeds and three temps, the lowest of each being child and pet-friendly as they're not extreme. (Yes, I tested them.) Two concentrators are included (medium and large) and while I don't use them, I tried them out. Note that while the tip of the dryer (and attachment, when used) gets hot during use, there is a COOL SHOT BUTTON on the front of the handle and once I'm done drying my hair, I simply turn off the heat and press the cool shot for about 10 seconds. It immediately cools the entire barrel and it's then very cool to the touch and safe to place on any surface without fear of heat damage or burns. The temp and speed buttons are sleek, and even though I move my hand a lot while drying my hair, I've never accidentally changed either. Furthermore, the handle of the dryer is touch-sensitive so if it's set down without being turned off, it stops automatically. Once it senses being held again, it'll resume with the same speed and temperature on which it was set. (It also remembers settings when turned off manually.) The packaging is top-notch and posh down to details like a gold print design on the card stock paper, the attractive instruction booklet holder, and the storage / travel bag in which everything fits nicely. (The cord IS a bit wild to wrap and put in because it's nearly 10 ft AND heavy duty, but I'll definitely take this along while traveling to any events where my hair needs to be on-point.) It's all very chic and gift-able. The K&K hair dryer is the best I've ever used. For stylists in salons, or for those of you who want to get the perfect hair at home, it's well worth the investment. ... show more
