This duvet set is really pretty, and I love green so it’s the perfect shade of green. The velvet is super soft and I haven’t noticed my cats claws pulling up the fibers or anything so that’s a plus for durability. The only drawback is that it’s missing two ties. Just a small thing.. but it drives me crazy to the point I might sew two ties into it. It has three along the top and three along the bottom but no middle tie on the two sides. That extra tie makes a WORLD of difference when you’re a restless sleeper to keep the duvet from sliding around in the cover. ... show more

Extremely happy with the feel and look of the cover butttt the seems and zipper are extremely fragile. The seam ripped trying to put the duvet in it and the zipper came completely off after the 3rd wash. I am in love with how comfortable it is just wish the seam was longer and the zipper was better quality. I am having to find someone to try to fix both problems cause as of now I can’t use it. ... show more

This duvet is a nice deep turquoise color and works well if you are looking to add texture to your room. I don’t find the material to be heavy do it doesn’t have to be a a winter specific cover. I haven’t had issues with wrinkles even after folding it up as shown in the photo. This is being used in a guest bedroom so it’s not getting the wear and tear of a main bed but it washes well and seems to hold up fine. The strings to hold the insert in are a joke but I feel that way about 99.9% of duvets. This cover is a bit on the large side so there is a lot of room for the insert to move around, but this is also Texas so it’s a lighter down comforter so nobody dies from night sweats, which may play into the amount of room available. ... show more

I'm always worried about accuracy in photos, but the color is beautiful, the fabric is a soft velvet, and as described - ties in corner for comforters. It really spruced up my guest room. My husband has since taken it for his own couch comforter.
