UPDATE: The seller was quick to respond and offered a full refund. Great customer service! I would be willing to buy from them again. This flatiron worked great when I got it a couple months ago, but about three days ago it stopped heating up - the temperature numbers show up, but there’s no heat. My return window closed on June 1st, and I can’t find a way to let the seller know this product is defective. Would love to have a new one as long as I know it will last. Otherwise it’s not worth the money to only use it for two months.
