I love this expansion cage for the DJI Osmo Pocket 3, and after using it for a few weeks I am really impressed. The core appeal is how it expands what you can do with the little Pocket camera. It attaches to the Pocket itself and adds mounting options that the bare camera simply does not have, which opens up a lot more shooting possibilities. One thing worth knowing up front is that you have to have the battery extender on in order to put the case on completely. So if you do not already use the battery handle, factor that into how you plan to rig it. For me that has not been an issue, since the extended battery is useful anyway. What I appreciate most is the magnetic component. It lets me mount the camera just about anywhere quickly, which is fantastic for grabbing creative angles on the fly. There is also a hook that lets me hang the cage on a door to get that overhead shot, which is a clever, genuinely useful touch for top down filming without a dedicated rig. Overall this has been a great accessory for the Pocket 3. It is well made, it adds real versatility through the magnetic mounting and the hook, and it has held up well over a few weeks of use. For Osmo Pocket 3 owners who want to expand their mounting options and get more creative angles, this magnetic expansion cage is a strong pick. Just remember you will need the battery extender on to attach it fully, and from there it makes the camera far more flexible.

My Pocket 3 has nowhere to put anything. No thread for a light, no shoe for a mic receiver, nothing to clip a strap to. This cage fixes all of it in one piece of machined aluminum. Cold shoe on top, two 1/4-20 threads, fold-out GoPro style claws on the sides, and an Arca rail cut into the bottom that drops into a tripod clamp without needing a plate. It clicks on with a push-button lock and once it's on, it does not move. No wobble, no rattle, and there are rubber pads at every contact point so the metal never touches the camera body. The flip side is getting it back off, which takes both hands and some convincing. I'd rather fight it loose than have fall off, so plan to leave it in place most of the time. Good news is it can. The cutouts leave the card slot, joystick, and buttons all reachable, the flat bottom still stands the camera up on a desk, and it's cut so the camera goes back in the original case with the cage still on. The whole thing is barely over an ounce, so you don't feel it in hand. K&F made my travel tripod, and the machining here is the same story. Super strong, super easy, and one of the most functional add ons I have bought for it.

This is one of the best accessories I have for my OsmoPocket Creator 3 camera. The structure of this base is very solid steel. I am really impressed with the quality of the build. The base of the stand has multiple functions… You can simply stick it out straight and stand the camera upright. Or if you prefer, the stand has a tripod accessory to give it more stability, and it is magnetic! It is a perfect device for hanging your camera onto a pole or a metal piece where you can use the camera. Also, on the stand is a little pop-up, grabbing hook, or you can place the hook over something and hang the camera down with it hanging off of the hook. There are just so many applications for how to use this device that it’s almost impossible to list this one piece replaced two or three of my other pieces I was carrying around in my bag. Great design, great function, and fantastic quality. Who could ask for more!

This expansion Frame from K&F Concept is a perfect companion for your Osmo Pocket 3/4. First of all it's very compact and lightweight due to the aluminum alloy construction. This makes it easy to toss in your camera bag or in your pocket when shooting on the go. The design allows for a variety for mounting methods as well as adjustment for different angled shots. With the tripod legs folded out it makes a desktop stand. With the tripod legs folded in it can be mounted magnetically to metal surfaces and the "mantis" hook folds out for mounting on door tops, laptop screens, cabinet doors etc. for high angle shots. With the legs folded together they can be mounted on a tripod with Arca Swiss mount. A cold shoe also allows for mounting a light or microphone. Rubber padding on the inside of the mount prevents scratches or damage to your camera. The clamp that holds the frame around the camera can be a little hard to connect but that also helps to make sure you camera won't slip out. Rubber feet on the tripod lets also keep the camera steady on a solid even surface and rubber backing on the legs keep from scratching surfaces when mounting magnetically. Also, there's a 1/4 20 thread for mounting on non Arca tripods. All in all a great product from K&F and one that will put more options and fun in shooting with your Pocket 3/4

One of the things that makes the Pocket 3 such an attractive package is its small size. So any accessories would ideally not affect its pocketabilty and bonus points if it can serve multiple functions. This cage does just that. It's not like other similar in appearance expansion frames that work as a stand and a magnetic mount. Not only is the design aesthetically pleasing with the two tones, it also results in a versatile mount that also acts as a tripod and as a hook. The frame holds the camera stable in each of those configurations. The hinges are firm yet easily adjustable. All while remaining easy to slide into a pocket. Good value.

My pocket 3 camera is small and portable, but its vertical design makes it impossible to stand upright without the additional of some kind of mounting. `This versatile little frame proved to be an interesting solution to that problem. It simply clamps around the bottom portion of the camera body, leaving the buttons, screen and charging port free to be used. The clamp is a very tight fit, and heeds a fairly good squeeze to close the Parts together and lock them into place. Once locked around the camera it won’t move. Inside the clamp are rubber pads which not only protect the camera from scratches and damage, but also increase the gripping power of the clamp. The hinged plate that is attached to the clamp is sized to easily mount onto an arca-Swiss style cla mp or tripod head. The plate can be divided along its length into three articulating legs which can form a tripod shape to support the camera to stand upright. When the rhree legs are laying flat alongside each other, they form a flat magnetic plate that can be used to attach the camera to any ferrous metal surface. The magnet is strong enough to securely support the weight of the camera, but perhaps not strong enough to bear the weight of anything other than the lightest accessories that are attached to the camera. The clamp has a 1/4” threaded hole and a cold shoe mount. I have tried other similar clamps like this, and this is the smallest of the bunch, making it ideal for anyone who prefers to travel light. It feels well constructed from aluminum alloy and I definitely found it to be strong and secure. The release mechanism worked smoothly, flipping the clamp open whenever the catch was pulled. It’s cold-shoe mount, 1/4” screw hole. Artulating legs and magnetic features made it a versatile addition to my kit.

K&F Expansion Adapter accessory is made of metal and has excellent build quality and very tight fit. It almost felt too tight but if you are going to mount it like an action cam, it should be tight. It has fold out holes to fit action cam mount accessories. It also has cold shoe for accessories like light and mic. Very well made. Is it useful for most people? I don't think so. What accessories will I put on cold shoe? I tried putting light but since the light is on the handle, it doesn"t follow where the camera is pointing to. It is better to hold or place it off the pocket 3. Mic? Most people use DJI wireless mic with pocket 3 and they connect directly without a need for a receiver. Pocket 3 doesn't have a mic port anyways. Also is pocket 3 sturdy enough to mount like action cam? I am not sure that I will use it like an action cam. Not sturdy enough to risk it. So it is a very nice accessory for those who need it. I just don't need it but that doesn't mean someone else wouldn't.
